Really enjoyed dealing with Mardoche and Candice as part of the letting process for one of the agency’s properties.Mardoche (lettings negotiator) was flexible with the initial viewing time slot as he agreed to meet after the working hours. His support over email and whatsapp during the whole process made it smooth and transparent.Candice (lettings administrator) was also a pleasure to work with as her comms were clear and easy to follow. I always knew what are the next steps during the process.

I am so glad to have my property taken care by Param Virdee, the property manager, and Robert Pearson, the team leader. Every time I have any questions and concerns about my tenancy and property, they are always responding promptly and trying their best to work out a solution to the problems in a professional way. They helped me to get through the hard time from my last tenancy - to communicate with the estate management for maintenance and repair works, to negotiate with the tenants for settling the arrears, and to retrieve the deposit upon the end of the tenancy. They also help me to work with the account team to handle the invoice and bills. I am kept informed and updated on the progress of the issues they are handling, which makes me feel connected and involved, despite I am not living in the UK. Really appreciate the effort and hard work of Param and Robert.

Unfortunately very bad experience in check in and check out process with them. They clearly hide the fact that the apartment has a problem with reception. After checkout they very late with providing access for car park, which resulted for additional charges for me. During the checkout period, they wanted to charge for mattess stain which we never done and there were no picture of the bottom of matress with stain, only top of it.
