Nishi, in particular, in the Kingsbury office was so receptive, friendly, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I would not use any other property company and I have already sung their praises to friends and colleagues. This is how it should be done. Winkworth is well ahead of the other firms around. If you want a great, professional service- Winkworth is the one. Thank you. May 2023. Winkworth in Kingsbury are great. Professional and easy to deal with. They have made renting a property easy when other Estate Agents can make it such a chore. The whole team are lovely. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Gurpreet for keeping me up to date with all the necessary paperwork. I appreciate your time and all efforts while I've been dealing with you during this time. GoogleWe have been using Winkworth in Kingsbury for many years. They have a great team of agents who are very passionate and responsive. Nishi supported us most recently in finding new tenants. She made the process seamless and was great at communicating through out. We have had a lot of contact with Shilpa in the past, who is just fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients! We would highly recommend Shilpa and her team for sales or lettings.

They never solving problems.... 0 respect to tenats they are just nice liars it's 7mothns raining into the room, they check it and said it's only raining inside when the rain is stronger, so I'm still using bowls for water for 7 months. Boiler is broken now they made a appointment and didn't come over. When My girlfriend called them they said you have been contacted and informed that we come on evening... Nobody called us. Now they made appointment after week, so you can live without heating.. olso they just coming to check not to fix it....

GoogleWell where do I start, its a sad story where as a Husband and wife we raised our four girls happly for the past 20 years in an extrodnary beautyful home mainley created and designed by my Late wife that sadley passed away through Covid, but a story now hopefully with a happy ending and a new home for a new family and may it bring them as much happyness as it did us. I have meet Estate Agents over the years from the high end to the low end and never a complete package from any of them. Well I can tell you that I have found one Agency and one individual within that company that has blown them all away, Shilpa Bathija has put her heart and soul into selling our Home. She left no stone un-turned to understand the Home and its assetts so as she could do her best to sell the Home to the right family for which I believe she has. Shilpa was there at every call even at times contacting me once or even twice daily to keep me updated. Pushing both party Solicitors and keeping me informed of any items that each solicitor had to deal with so as I too could chase my solicitor to make sure they dealt with the queries as the push was on to get exchange and completion done as quickley as possible. I wouldn't just recoment their comapny, I would tell them theyed be folish to work with anyone else as there is no one that can give you the level of service thye can give. Regards Denis

GoogleMy overall experience with Winkworth Kingsbury Estate Agency has been very good with the whole team. Recently my tenant moved out and Gurpreet, Swati and Kirtesh did a fantastic job in making the exit process smooth. Sam and Nishi then helped to get new tenants, they understood my needs and during the onboarding process the communication and updates was phenomenal. They worked hard and quick to onboard good new tenants and importantly made sure the property did not stay empty.

An excellent service all round!Nadine Aucamp was wonderful all the way through the sales process of my property. She was especially excellent at keeping in touch with the buyer's and other solicitors down the chain so that I was kept properly informed of the progress of my case. To be honest, I found her a lot more helpful and clued up on what was going on than the solicitors themselves!

Complete waste of time. Was trying to rent a flat through Winkworth and was hounded by the agent for an offer. Put the offer in and turned down other flats. Over a week later was told to go look elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and wouldn't use it recommend them for renters.

Oh dear, I dont even know where to start. We signed the agreement end of June to move in one month later. We stipulated several times in the email correspondences that we wanted to come in to see which furniture and items we wanted to keep and which to toss. The day of the move in happened, and we never received a response to our queries. When we moved in, we were then told that we had not specified in the contract, which items to get rid of (we specifically wrote in the contract: to be specified later, hence why we needed access to the flat prior to moving in). It was a hassle to get the woman to cooperate and she kept saying we hadn’t agreed on this (numerous emails/contract was not enough proof, but I doubt the lady had a law degree specialising in contract law or even just a functioning brain). Ah well!!! After several unpleasant calls, we finally managed to get approval of moving the items and have the larger items removed by a company. But boy oh boy that was a struggle. After having moved in properly a vast majority of the things listed in the contract hadn’t been fixed ie. Heating was broke, cabinets broken, extractor fan broken, windows dirty etc etc. And we even had to throw out 6 large boxes of CRAP, which the agency said was at our expense. Items included: old shoes, belts, broken kitchen units, bondage kit (WOOOOH.. What a surprise), filthy storage room with empty shoe boxes, broken fans, blood stained linen, dirty old pillows and blankets and numerous other fairly disgusting items. We have now asked quite a few times, when we can expect to have fans, toilet flush, extractor fan, broken cabinets, heating etc fixed and we are still awaiting a reply to this. It has been 7 business days since we moved in, so I do hope it gets sorted soon. All in all, TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I wouldn’t recommend.

Use AI to “enhance” images of listings. Be careful by enhance they mean completely changing the the structure and size of the home. What a waste of time.

After speaking to multiple different Estate agents it's much of the same from everyone but Winkworth were different. Immediately I was listened to and my requirements taken into consideration. I worked with Fabian to find the home I recently moved into. He excelled. I didn't have to drag myself around unsuitable properties and he was the right balance of informative and patient. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything nor was I bombarded with endless emails of properties that didn't suit my requirments. It was actually a pleasant experience!
