My washing machine had completely stopped working, and to my surprise, it was replaced with a brand new one almost immediately. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Kirtesh was very polite, patient, and genuinely listened to my concerns. He stayed calm throughout and focused on getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated.

Shilpa explained the issues to me and set out the options I had on language I could understand. Often she had a better grasp of the options than others working on the case. Avoid this agency if you value your deposit. The end-of-tenancy process was is a nightmare. They submitted a fraudulent invoice as evidence in a TDS deposit dispute. I contacted the company named on the invoice directly and they confirmed in writing they had never attended the property and the invoice number belonged to a completely different property for a job dated 7 months ago. I reported them for fraud.
