I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting through Winkworth. When I moved into my new flat, the agent failed to provide me with the gas card/key. I moved here from the US so I did not know that was something that I needed. As a result, my electricity was cut off for almost three days during my very first weekend in the property. I had no light, no heating, and no hot water for close to 72 hours.

From the first meeting with Shilpa I felt confident and at ease that she and her team would provide a good service for the sale of my Mother's house which would require waiting for probate to be granted. Kevin was excellent as the agent who showed the clients round the unoccupied house, always checking with me that I was able to come and open the house up for viewings. If the client cancelled he would always inform me and if for any reason he was delayed (very rare) he would phone me to let me know. The sale has been a long drawn out process due to probate but I have been informed of progress at all times.
