From the first meeting with Shilpa I felt confident and at ease that she and her team would provide a good service for the sale of my Mother's house which would require waiting for probate to be granted. Kevin was excellent as the agent who showed the clients round the unoccupied house, always checking with me that I was able to come and open the house up for viewings. If the client cancelled he would always inform me and if for any reason he was delayed (very rare) he would phone me to let me know. The sale has been a long drawn out process due to probate but I have been informed of progress at all times. I am grateful that Shilpa was able to liaise with the executor and make the sale stress free for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth, Kingsbury for house sales.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shilpa from Winkworth Kingsbury to sell my 2-bed apartment on Alpine Road Queensbury. Admittedly, like many others, I have always questioned the worth of the middleman, but Shilpa and her team completely changed my perception. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency. It has now been over a month since I moved out of the property, and I have still received no clear response regarding the return of my deposit. Despite repeated attempts to obtain an update, communication has been poor and unhelpful. The most concerning aspect is that the agency’s advice has simply been to hire a solicitor in the hope that this might put pressure on the landlord. Rather than actively assisting in resolving the issue, they appear to have shifted the responsibility and cost onto the tenant. A letting agency should act professionally, communicate effectively, and help facilitate a fair and timely resolution of deposit matters. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I would advise prospective tenants to think carefully before using this agency.

Aaron was an amazing help

Aaron was an amazing help. As soon as I spoke with him regarding re renting my flat he put me on the right 'track' in regards to everything I needed to do or not to do. The previous tenants left the flat in a real mess and Aaron recommended certain businesses that dealt with many of my concerns ie getting rid of rubbish, where to get an EPC from etc. As soon as the flat was ready to go on the market Aaron was able to muster up fifteen applicants whilst weedling out a few that weren't quite right for my flat. He got me an immediate offer which was a little more than expected which was great. Overall I had a great experience with Winkworth, would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that would like to rent out their property.

Very friendly contact via email with Abbie Greisman. My explicit request not to use my data for any marketing purposes was simply ignored though. We send agreed on a date for a viewing, for which I received an appointment reminder on 13/07. But nobody showed up at the property, and the error wasn't even acknowledged; Abbie referred to a much earlier email exchange from 09/07 though, suggesting that it was all our fault. Poor.

I cannot recommend Aaron and his team highly enough - they are first rate, professional, knowledgeable and dependable.
