Winkworth letting team are professional advisors. Fabian helped me to move into a newly renovated house. The property was in perfect condition and the process was pretty easy, thanks to Stanislava. Overall I am very happy about Winkworth and definitely recommend it!

We rented for a bit over two years in the Kensal Green area. Although there were some issues with the flat itself, everything was handled promptly and professionally by Michael, the property manager.The team are friendly and their processes work well from a tenant’s perspective.

Both Shilpa & Ajay have been extremly co-operative and proffesional in communication, attending tenants request, getting relevant contractors to attend asap and get the jobs done since we have been overseas over the years. GoogleI have informed Ajay of the issue in the morning and he has been in contact with me letting me know what is happening. Our boiler was not working and with a newborn baby we were worried that it might take hours to resolve. However, by around 9:04 am Ajay has informed me that an engineer was on the way. The engineer has checked the boiler and resolved the issue so we can use the heating and by 11:00 am another engineer came to fix the boiler. The issue was resolved swiftly and with no hassle or stress. We are very grateful!

It is so memorable when my family got the new home keys at their office, all the people celebrate with us. Also, one of the staff - Jay, he provides professional services which can help you to know more about the properties. Also, he can guide you to do all the things that you need know step by step during the purchasing process. Moreover, due to Jay helping us, we can finish the purchase in a short period.

We really enjoyed working together with Andrew C from the Kensal Rise office on the house we just bought. He was the agent for the sellers but helped us a lot as well in making sure the transaction went smoothly and everything staid on track. As first time buyers the whole process can be quite overwhelming so we really appreciated his open and honest advice.

The staff at Winkworth were highly professional at all levels. Fast to respond to queries, assisted with all logistics needed for a tenancy turnover. Quick to get potential tenants to view. And this discrimination you have done is very bad, those who receive dss and ask you some questions you don't even care, I mean, if we get help, we can't rent a house? And won't we get an answer ? I rented with Winkworth for three years and then ended my tenancy. As soon as I requested my deposit, my letting manager stopped responding to me and I have not heard anything in a month since I moved out despite constant chasing and have started a formal complaint process.
