We were really impressed by the quality of service we received from the team at Foxtons in Willesden Green. Selling a flat in 2020 came with some unique challenges, but Foxtons really helped made the experience as painless as possible. Rebecca Moloney was wonderful to deal with and the branch sales manager Oliver Browne went above and beyond the call of duty. He was always available to give us wise advice. He was invaluable in keeping our stress levels down by communicating with all the parties in our chain and ensuring our sale and purchase went through. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

During the past month of house hunting, I contacted at least 25 agents and spoke with companies of all sizes. I can confidently say that Dana stands out as the best. She is highly professional, friendly, flexible, and always considers things from my perspective. Before signing the lease, she advocated for me as a tenant and negotiated to have heating and Wi-Fi included in the rent, truly understanding and addressing my needs. The entire rental process was efficient as well; from the first walk-in visit to securing the apartment and making the payment, everything went smoothly. 13 months ago we listed with Foxtons Willesden Green after our valuation with Oliver. To be honest we had already listed with 4 other smaller agents initially having avoided Foxtons as they were so large. But once we listed we saw the difference in service and dedication from Oliver and his team. Every agent was pleasant and relaxed to work with and wow did they get viewings booked! It was very impressive in the Brexit depressed market. By January, Rebecca had found the "THE buyer" who she knew would sign in time. She was relentless in her efforts to get this sale and she did! The thing about Foxtons is that they were always fun, friendly and easy to work with even when perhaps I was not. They worked SO hard and never gave up. I am going to miss speaking to them. We just moved into our new flat this week and without Oliver and Rebecca this would not have happened. (our new view attached) Many many thanks!!!
