Nicolas is a fantastic agent

Nicolas is a fantastic agent, here is extremely tentative. Unlike most agents in the market now a days, he listened, he acted and he worked with my best interest in minds. I really wish there was more agents like him in the UK!

I recently worked with a few different estate agents during my property search in Willesden, and Jack at Foxtons really stood out. While some agents felt rushed or less professional, Jack was the complete opposite, polite, patient, and calm throughout the process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and showed me some excellent options that genuinely fit my needs. His professionalism and approachable manner made the experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking in the area.

Asghar from Foxtons Willesden Green has been absolutely fabulous! I am looking to rent a place and not only did he promptly reply (within maybe 30 minutes of me making an enquiry!) he also did a fantastic job during the viewings. As someone who doesn't do this often, my specifications were very vague going in and I was met with nothing but understanding. He made me feel at ease from the start (which is very rare for me!) and happily answered all my questions and helped me narrow in on what I actually want while touring different properties. He was always friendly, helpful, respectful and never pushy. Can only recommend him and this agency for your next flat hunt too!

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

Had a great experience with Mario. We were looking to sell our property and needed a valuation, and Mario was extremely helpful in organising this for us. He made the whole process straightforward, professional and stress-free. We really appreciated his help and would definitely consider dealing with Foxtons again in the future.

A big thank you to all the team at Foxtons, Willesden Green. Especially James Tarrant Robinson and Rebecca Moloney. Rebecca came round to value our home and her professionalism, enthusiasm and positive energy made her a joy to work with. James showed potential buyers around our home and was courteous, and professional at all times, communication was great and he gave us sound advice, guiding us through the whole process with a calm, reassuring and positive manner. I can’t recommend James and Rebecca and Foxtons (Willesden Green) highly enough if you are about to sell your home.

I want to take this opportunity to appreciate the hard work and professionalism of James Tarrant Robinson. Although I haven't found my perfect home yet, working with James has been an incredibly positive experience. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that every property we viewed was a potential match. I have viewed a bunch of properties with Chloe over the last month or so. She is so warm and friendly and quickly learned what kind of properties I was interested in. I eventually went with a different property but my experience with Foxtons taking me around lots of different properties really helped me to focus in on what I was looking for. Chloe was easy to get hold of, very accommodating with schedules and always followed up with me in a friendly but not too pushy manner - thanks so much for all your help!

When I first met Rebecca I found her easy to talk to and she answered the many questions I bombarded her with as it was my first time selling a property and she quickly put me at ease. The Sale of my house was not straightforward but Rebecca and the team worked above and beyond to get it sold and were excellent at keeping me up to date with the progress. Thank you

As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. By the time I found Foxtons' letter in my letterbox, I was ready to give up.
