As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

GoogleWe recently moved to the UK from Australia and we were having difficulties finding a rental to suit our wants and needs. We were then gifted an absolute god send by the name of Javi. Javi worked around the clock to ensure we would find a place to live which was suitable for what we needed. Where other realestate agents wouldn't give us the time of day or make an effort, Javi went well above any expectations. If you're looking for a place to rent, go to Foxtons Willesden Green Estate Agents and ask for Javi! You can thank me later. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!

GoogleI have recently gone through the process of buying a property with Barratt. The salesman, Matian Kadolli, was nothing less than amazing and super helpful. He was super understanding and helpful, we as first time buyers, were doubtful and Matian was so professional every step of the way. He was not pushy, or forceful, but made himself available to advise and help when we required. Also very attentive to my messages, queries and calls. Wouldn’t have wanted it any other way, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property.

GoogleFinding a flat in this rental market was nothing short of a nightmare until i met Robert at foxtons. He treated me with the most decency and kindness I’ve experienced since moving and truly went above and beyond to help me secure a property. If it wasn’t for him and the company I would surely still be stressed and on the hunt. I couldn’t recommend these guys more. If you need a place, skip the rightmove and Zoopla chaos and go right to them, you’ll thank yourself and them later. Ive never left a google review anywhere so I truly do mean what I say here. Can’t thank Robert enough and I absolutely love the space I live in.

Google5 stars exclusively for James Tarrant Robinson! Even though we didn't end up buying with Foxtons, James was extremely helpful and resourceful. He showed us several properties, kept us in the loop when new properties came by and we found him to be very knowledgeable and open. Shame there wasn't any property that matched our criteria but can vouch for how wonderful James would be when dealing with clients on either sides. Would highly recommend the services of Foxtons solely based on our experience with James!

Google5 stars is for the real estate agent, not necessarily Foxtons (have little experience with them). Aidan Scotte was an ideal real estate agent: personable, considerate and on the ball. He tailored property options to my requests, followed up soon about details I wanted to know, and spent as much time as I needed when inspecting. I didn't end up getting a property thru Foxtons because nothing suited but I wanted to recommend Aidan for any other first time buyers. Have dealt with other RE agents from other firms (even higher-end ones) and none have matched Aidan's service.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this agency, particularly with Samuel Joinson. I was interested in studio flat and paid a holding deposit after being assured in writing that it would be refunded if the agency chose to proceed with another applicant due. The next day, I was told that the property management had selected someone else, but suddenly, the previous written confirmation was disregarded, and I was informed the deposit would not be refunded after all. To make matters worse, misleading communication and even a misseling tactics were used to steer me toward a different property under the pretense that flat i was interested in was no longer available, only for that position to then be reversed. I cannot recommend this agency based on this experience, transparency and professionalism were seriously lacking.

GoogleHave moved into a flat on short let basis for 3 x months while we renovate our own home in Harlesden. The price on the website for the flat was £2400 PCM inclusive of all bills. When we contacted Foxtons, the price jumped on to be £3000 PCM overnight, and the excuse was that the lesser price was for longe term tenancy, which was not the case, the short term tenancy was on the advertisement for £2400. We took the flat regardless, as we needed something in the area until end of January. Having moved into the flat over the weekend, and returned from abroad with my kids, we have slept here since Monday. The kids bedroom's bed collapsed on night 2 of sleeping on this, and I have been trying to reach someone via email, phone and otherwise, but no one calls back, nor do they respond to any emails. Having just spoken to the letting person for this particular flat, Michael Babalola, I have mentioned that the collapsed bed is too dangerous to keep as my kids would climb and jump on it, and from the 20 minute conversation I've had with him, all he heard was the word "jump" so he can use this as an excuse to say we have broken the bed. What an absolutely shambles of an operation ran by whomever is in charge. Get someone to sort this Foxtons Willesden Green, or you will be invoiced for an AirBnB we will hire to sleep in while you provide safe furniture to use. You charge £3000 PCM for a tiny flat in Harlesden, shame on you for such absolutely shameless conduct.

Selling a flat in 2020 came with some unique challenges, but Foxtons really helped made the experience as painless as possible. Rebecca Moloney was wonderful to deal with and the branch sales manager Oliver Browne went above and beyond the call of duty. He was always available to give us wise advice. He was invaluable in keeping our stress levels down by communicating with all the parties in our chain and ensuring our sale and purchase went through. There has only been 1 staff member at Foxtons that I find competent. The 1 star is for the one person who had great customer service- who unfortunately is not leading on the sale.
