GoogleWe have sold our flat through Foxtons Willesden Green. Despite the last year being as difficult as it was, Oliver and Bel were always available, always professional and always jolly. Communication was straightforward and we felt supported yet never pushed through the process. I highly recommend them.

GoogleAyman Mostafa was very quick in responding to our request to arrange a viewing, managed to notify us of an earlier viewing time, shared his live gps coordinates when he was driving to the property, explained everything and then drove us to show us two more properties. He advised us on how to proceed with the agreement and managed to get the letting process, including referencing, sorted in just a few days.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

Google13 months ago we listed with Foxtons Willesden Green after our valuation with Oliver. To be honest we had already listed with 4 other smaller agents initially having avoided Foxtons as they were so large. But once we listed we saw the difference in service and dedication from Oliver and his team. Every agent was pleasant and relaxed to work with and wow did they get viewings booked! It was very impressive in the Brexit depressed market. By January, Rebecca had found the "THE buyer" who she knew would sign in time. She was relentless in her efforts to get this sale and she did! The thing about Foxtons is that they were always fun, friendly and easy to work with even when perhaps I was not. They worked SO hard and never gave up. I am going to miss speaking to them. We just moved into our new flat this week and without Oliver and Rebecca this would not have happened. (our new view attached) Many many thanks!!!

GoogleDuring the past month of house hunting, I contacted at least 25 agents and spoke with companies of all sizes. I can confidently say that Dana stands out as the best. She is highly professional, friendly, flexible, and always considers things from my perspective. Before signing the lease, she advocated for me as a tenant and negotiated to have heating and Wi-Fi included in the rent, truly understanding and addressing my needs. The entire rental process was efficient as well; from the first walk-in visit to securing the apartment and making the payment, everything went smoothly. Dana also thoughtfully introduced me to the surrounding area, helping me feel more comfortable in my new neighborhood. Her professionalism and genuine care made a strong impression on me. If I need to rent again in the future, Dana will be my first choice, and I would happily recommend her to my friends.

I had a wonderful experience with Foxtons, they helped me to take my first private rented apartment when I needed them the most. I was short on some requirements however they helped me to pass the checks and get the apartment I desired.

GoogleUnprofessional! Spoke to Dan/Dev Sandhu last week. He booked a valuation for Tuesday at 4pm. I took time off work to accommodate. NO ONE TURNED UP! Phoned to find out what happened. No apology, no explanation. Calls not returned. Voicemails not acted upon. No confirmation emails. Extremely blasé attitude from staff. I will not be using Foxtons. Use at your own risk.

He brings forward excellent well thought ideas and helps us to unlock their maximum potential value. He liaises with all parties and ensuring the deal completes. He has extensive knowledge of the market (including leasehold/freehold purchases as well as planning/development opportunities) and proactively brings them to the table. I consider him to be a business partner working in partnership with me. Pleasant to deal with and always responds promptly to any email/telephone message. We've had to speak to many estate agencies throughout the last couple of months and none of them were as dedicated to their job as Robert was. Definitely recommend him if you need to rent a property.

I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.

GoogleWere marketing a property for sale. They got keys cut to my property without me knowing and didn’t tell me. I asked that no one enter my property when I wasn’t there (I thought this wouldn’t be a problem because as far as I knew, they didn’t have keys). They then entered my property when they thought I wasn’t in with no warning. The agents justification to my guest that he walked in on getting dressed was ‘i thought you weren’t in’. When this agent later came round to apologise (this was the first time I had personally ever met him in person) he gestured to himself and asked me if there was ‘just something about him I didn’t like’ which would justify why I was so angry about this. He never stated what personal characteristic he was implying I disliked but I was literally left speechless. They do not read the notes on their own system or talk among themselves so I had to tell every individual sales agent that I spoke to the same thing over and over. Even though it was written on their own system. I can’t get over how unprofessional and criminal these agents are. No wonder government is threatening to regulate the estate agent industry. Foxtons actually seem to think harrassment and trespass/ breaking and entering laws don’t apply to them. Avoid this agency at all cost.
We’re really sorry to hear about this, this is absolutely not how we would expect any of our team members to behave. Please be reassured we are investigating this with our teams and we will be following up with the negotiator involved accordingly.

The moving day I requested the keys but the guy said to me that he was having lunch and he was not going to go.
