GoogleExcellent service: My family was supported with a home search (buy) by Chloe Pinford and we highly recommend her. Nothing was too much to ask. She properly responded to calls and emails, made suggestions and followed tasks though.

GoogleTheir representatives are harassing the local community by littering with “to homeowner” letters out through the letterboxes. Second time now where we got a letter dropped and someone rang the doorbell. Both us and our downstairs neighbour went down to open the door to find no body but just the letter. Our neighbour is disabled and has a poster outside our front door communicating that. Yet, they always ring the bell.

GoogleShereen has put so much effort and commitment in helping me find the right apartment, that I was in awe of her. She is brave, versatile and positive, with a ‘can do atitude’. She was super attentive trying to accommodate me and my needs, despite challenges and an agenda full of other clients and viewings. She ran around for me, going above and beyond. I felt so grateful for her attentiveness, yet she gave it so freely, genuinely and kindly. I thought writing this review would be the best way to give back to her, praise someone who truly deserves recognition! ❤️

GoogleBrilliant service provided from Robert Conway at Foxtons Willesden Green - I can not recommend him highly enough. Typically I prefer to be active myself when searching for a property as I find it overwhelming to have many agents sending properties that often do not match the criteria given. This was not a concern with Mr Conway. He only showed me properties that matched the profile given. He is incredibly personable with a very positive can-do attitude and was beyond accommodating of my demanding schedule. He efficiently arranged access to a properties, one property I viewed within the hour of his calling to discuss it with me - all to accommodate my busy day. It happened to be the property we now call home too. So I am very grateful - he greatly alleviated the stress out of property searching. Great find!

GoogleAnthony gave us an amazing service. Completely changed our view about Foxtons. We sold our flat with him and also bought our new house with him. Buying the new house was very complicated, but Anthony went over and above his duty to get us in. We are now very happy in our new house. Thanky you Anthony!

GoogleI've never had an agent not show up to an arranged viewing until now. Arranged through Mitchell and was supposed to be meeting a Jack. Avoid this foxtons if possible

GoogleFoxtons wanted 19% (Inc vat) for a fully managed property and 13% for none managed... They were very, very arrogant... Demanded my business. They were much higher in their fees than other agencies I was talking with. I asked them to be sensible in their fees and reduce them to get my business.. ... "We never negotiate.... Give us your business was the reply." Ludicrous. "No," was my answer....
