GoogleMy dealings were with James Tarrant Robinson. This was an investment purchase, with certain requirements and a budget. The prospective property also had to be viable proposition. James had a full understanding of this, the current market and potential development costs. Therefore, no time wasting looking at unsuitable properties. It was a pleasure working with him.

GoogleIt was greet to work with Aidan at Foxtons really helpful and always available to find a suitable time slot for viewing. Properties are always well maintained and advices are always precise. They have a series of services such as mortgages advisors or solicitors- definitely a top firm in the trade. Definitely recommend

GoogleWhat a joke of a “property management company”. We dealt with their lack of professionalism for 6 month and that was enough. We were tenant and they will gladly tell you that full management of the flat, which means according to them that we won’t need to interact with the landlord (which was oversea) and that everything will be sorted smoothly. Obviously, it’s a lie, as they don’t take any decision without the landlord confirmation (easy when the landlord is oversea…). Then, we entered the flat which was in poor condition: not their fault apparently, the previous tenant didn’t let them access the flat and they couldn’t check the flat as an emergency cleaning was happening and the inventory as well. We had our boxes delivery planned, couldn’t enter the flat, but they keep the full rent and the full. It was the landlord responsibility apparently (the one oversea?). And we discovered at the same time, that when the agent said “every furniture you see is staying” while we visited the occupied flat included the content of the chest of drawers and the books on the shelves. She never mentioned they were the landlord’s goods. Finally, we were imposed to leave before midday but still had to pay the full rent (remember we paid for the full day loss at the beginning)… We raised the complaint through the process and dear Bruce Middleton forgot to let us know he was on annual leave, which means he will answer them only after his time off, and after we vacate the property, and eventually covered his team with more lies. I’m looking forward to reading the inventory report of the flat we left in better condition than when we entered… If you are looking for a caricature of a real estate (with all the trouble you can imagine), sign up with them. Good riddance

GoogleEven though we didn’t land up renting a flat with Foxton, I wanted to write a review about a kind agent called Ayman Moustafa who worked so hard to try and find a flat that fit us. He showed us multiple flats on different days and was in constant contact with us throughout. He was so kind and helpful and definitely deserves a promotion! If only all agents were as thoughtful!

Unfortunately i haven't found the flat yet but I will search again this winter which I think would be the best time for me to find the right flat. I will contact you again. To be honest, your customer service is excellent and I haven't found this type of customer service in any other Estate Agent.

GoogleNia (Abrishami) helped myself and my two friends look at multiple properties in the Willesden and Kilburn area. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond any other estate agent we encountered. She handled all our requests in professional manner, with personal touches like working around the clock, and taking an interest in our lives outside of the property search. We were wowed by her sales prowess as well as her positive and friendly attitude. We will be recommending her and Foxtons to our friends and colleagues, and will make sure to come back when our new lease is up!

GoogleEvery other Estate Agent could learn from Foxtons in Willesden Green. They are by far one of the best agents we've dealt with. We had problem after problem with others, and it took nearly 2 years for us to sell our flat till Foxtons stepped in and took command. We were even having problems with our solicitors, and Foxtons advised us on who to use instead. That solicitor in turn gave us advice on who to use for writing a will. We still use both of the other companies to this day. As soon as we started speaking with Brodie at Foxtons not only did our sale go through with ease, but we also tapped into a resource of professionals from all backgrounds that could help us in other ways. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without him. So if you’re looking for a professional Estate Agent that’s leagues above the rest? Foxtons in Willesden Green are the agents you’re looking for.

GoogleTerrible service, they rented us an apartment without chairs or tables, the apartment is infested with RATS and they don't want to take care of it, the apartment was disgusting to see when we entered and they didn't even deign to come and clean it, they left the debris from the construction work inside. Everyone passes the buck and none of the agents want to help. Mr. Dalhi, your employees are the best!
