GoogleWe had an appointment for valuation of our property today at 12. Both my wife and I took day off to be present. About 1.5 hrs before appointment I’ve received text message (!) from Isaac saying he was not coming without apologizing nor even saying sorry. What a waste of day! After a quite few friends have told us about their horrible experiences with Foxtons today we have witnessed it first hand. Avoid at all costs. They simply don’t care!

GoogleWe wanted to rent a flat but prices in Foxtons are a joke. They showed us properties way above the maximum price we provided, saying that "you won't be able to find anything better in this price" "tha't actually great price and offer" etc. Well, just to let you know - we found a house way cheaper and way bigger than you offered. Have a lovely evening!

GoogleFoxtons is an estate agency that stands out for its professionalism and customer care. I was assisted by Daniela Bujarov at the Willesden Green office who was able to advise and guide me through my search. She is someone you can rely on, knowledgeable and able to understand your needs. I am glad that I was lucky enough to meet her and that she helped me.

GoogleLooking for first flat with daughter. Contacted a number of agents regarding various properties. Without a doubt, we found Foxton's in the persons of Sophie and Chloe, to be the most helpful, proactive and efficient. In comparison other agents failed to attend appointments, failed to return calls, failed to send details promised.

GoogleSoroush Prado in the Willesdeen Green office has shown himself to be the most diligent and determined estate agent we've dealt with in a year of searching for properties and organising the sale of our flat. Beyond the work ethic, he's always happy to share his knowledge and experience in the sector.

GoogleMy dealings were with James Tarrant Robinson. This was an investment purchase, with certain requirements and a budget. The prospective property also had to be viable proposition. James had a full understanding of this, the current market and potential development costs. Therefore, no time wasting looking at unsuitable properties. It was a pleasure working with him.
