We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleThe most unresponsive estate agents I have dealt with. Tried for over 2 weeks to view a rental property and no one has yet come back to me. Filled in the online appointment booking system, went face to face and even called. Kept getting told someone would get back to me but no one did. GoogleIf I could rate higher than 5 stars then I would do so willingly. Working with Foxtons - and in particular with Daniela (Dana) B. - to find a flat was a wonderfully smooth and efficient experience, as although we started looking around the holiday season, we were still able to settle on a flat within 1 months time. I'd like to give special mention to our agent mentioned above, who went above and beyond her expected responsibilities to help us find and secure our current flat. Thank you so much from myself and my wife - 10/10 would recommend to others.

GoogleAziz especially was charming and extremely helpful in both my lettings searches. His eagerness and willingness the first time round meant I went straight back to him for my second search. Any problems I had he escalated to Victoria who dealt with them sympathetically and effectively. Combined with their online check-in and current zero deposit scheme, Foxtons are worth the slightly higher than average (in my opinion) asking prices, which in fairness they were happy to negotiate for us.

GoogleFoxton managed to sell my house in Neasden. It took a long time but they got me a price I was happy with. Other agents were only keen in price reduction. Foxtons were very transparent throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them.
