GoogleWe advertised our home with 99Home for 3 months and were disappointed. We didn't expect much from an online estate agent but the negotiation by the agent in charge of our place after we received a low offer was mediocre. We do believe that if it had been a high street agent they would have managed to get a higher bid. The 2 stars are for the competitive price to advertise on Rightmove.

The worst experience with an estate advertisement ever. I made numerous calls and emails, and eventually, they stopped my ad on the wrong assumption. The worst estate agent experience ever. If you value your time and don’t need to add stress, stay as far away as you possibly can.I would have given it a zero-star rating if it were an option.Update: After I left this review, the company sent me an extremely rude email threatening legal action if I didn't remove the review. I guess this reflects a complete lack of insight into the customer's concerns and opinions. Again, not a quality I would expect from a reputable company.

It appears there may have been a misunderstanding, as it seems you unintentionally listed two properties under one ad, an action that triggered our system to halt the listing.Upon careful examination, it was observed that changes to the address and details of your property were made by you, leading to the temporary suspension of the listing. While we did contact you to discuss these alterations, it appeared they have been intentional and contrary to our platform's guidelines.At 99home, our mission is to revolutionize the traditional estate agency model, providing a cost-effective solution for landlords/vendors. We aim to offer a pocket-friendly alternative, challenging the conventional practice of imposing hefty charges for property listings. GoogleUnprofessional. Had a viewing booked in yesterday at 1. The advert for the place had been taken down, I called the office a couple of hours before to confirm as I didn't want to view a place that had already been taken. Was told they're not sure and that they will get the person who is doing the viewing to call me but had nothing.
Just a lack of customer care, imagine I turned up to the property (would have taken me an hour by public transport to get to) just for the person to not be there. Very unprofessional and would not reccomend.

The property in question was a commercial property, and as per UK legal requirements, a valid EPC is mandatory before marketing can proceed. Our team requested the EPC documentation in order to process the listing and associated refund request correctly.
Following this, you informed us that the payment had been made accidentally and requested a refund. In line with our published refund policy and terms of business, the refund was processed accordingly. The only deduction made was the 3% payment processing fee charged by Stripe, which is a non-refundable third-party transaction fee and not retained by us.
We strongly reject the allegation of “fraud services” as this is entirely inaccurate and misleading. At all times, our team acted in accordance with our published policies and communicated openly throughout the process.

I have used 99home for a few years and love how easy it is. They advertise your property on all the main house buying sites but you arrange your viewings and respond to the queries. Once I had a buyer they issued the Memorandum of sale and it was all so hassle free. They offer conveyancing if you wish but I love that you get to choose. Anil Sharma was my contact and Always responded to my queries promptly. If you want to save money by ditching the traditional estate agent I recommend 99home.
