Awsome Experience.....

99home was really great. I was a tenant and a lady who used to interact with Ritika and others team members. Ritika really did an awsome job. She was phenomenal from getting into the property to leaving the property. Getting into was very easy. All documented and electronically signed (i.e. Gas certificate, tenancy agreement, inventory document and all other important relevant documents) - All were clear to the point and most importantly they adhere all the rules properly. Landlord was very good as well. Whenever something got broken, we always got help and solved the problem not only within expectations but also beyond outstanding. When we left the property, at that moment as well, Ritika and her team really really helped me. This was the best agent so far we have came across. I would say "well done and Thank you"

Very affordable and generally efficient service

Anil and the team provided what was necessary at a very competitive price. Generally, they were approachable and efficient in helping me to sell my house although they were a bit ‘pushy’ in offering me the extra bits and pieces on top of the basic service. There were a couple of small delays but they responded quickly when I phoned them. If you want to sell your house and are prepared to take a lead role, then their £99 service is a great deal!

99 home is the best online agent for selling the property in my experience. It saved me thousands of pounds and managed to sell my house in less then 10 days. Superb communication and outstanding costumer service. I’m so glad that I didn’t doubt the offer of 99 I must say I choose the combo package and glad I did Parth Acharya arranged my house go life just in a day I was pleasantly surprised with such fast service that definitely made impact in the fast sale results he advised and supported with negotiating the offer it could be stressful experience if not supported by experienced professionals. 99Home is excellent in assisting us to rent out our property within a few weeks. Lav Pandey, the Letting Manager, & his colleagues are extremely helpful. Inputting information into the system is quite straight forward. Since I was not good at this, Lav helped me to complete the process very quickly. Lav is very polite and careful in every essential step e.g. setting up the advert, dealing with questions from us and prospective tenants, etc. We have already started to mention their good name to our friends!

Fantastic Service, Amazing price! To my knowledge the cheapest way to advertise and get a prop rented out in the UK. Take your own pics, they upload to zoopla for you, complete reference checks on one tenant and complete the tenancy for you for £29! If you want to add another reference or put on Rightmove too you can do for a further charge but is still much cheaper than any comparison. I work closely with Varun Nair who is my personal consultant on the lettings side and he has been fantastic throughout on my first two postings. Both have lead to 20-30 tenant enquiries and have been filled with lovely tenants reference checked quickly and efficiently. I will be using 99homes for all my keys and recommending them to friends.Thanks Varun Nair and thank you 99homes team Best wishes,Luke

Although the website is basic, the process of setting up my listing and getting it live was relatively simple. I was receiving offers very quickly and it was easy to arrange viewings by myself. I saved a lot of money by using 99home.The only thing that could have been improved was the communication after I had accepted an offer. A traditional estate agent holds your hand a lot more and handles everything for you, liaising with the buyer and getting the required proofs. Instead I had to do a lot of research myself to find out what was meant to happen next, which is fine since I'm paying for such a basic service, but some instructions could go a long way since I don't know how to sell a home and nothing would have happened if I hadn't kept asking.Thankfully 99home do respond to calls and emails quickly. Anil Sharma was always eager to help and after providing the required information the memorandum of sale was sent out, so I am pleased to say I sold my home for £99.

Recommend over Doorsteps!

Just sold through 99 Home after a terrible experience with Doorsteps.The website is basic but do not let that put you off. Buyers seems to be able to navigate it and I got plenty of enquiries to my email and they also save onto your dashboard.You can update your ad yourself and change the status when you want, so its completely in your hands.Anil Sharma has been super helpful with all emails and calls returned within a few hours. Choose this over Doorsteps - they are cheaper and the service you will get is infinitely better. Doorsteps wont even return an email and do not try and get through to them on the phone!Give it a go, I will use them again for my next sale.
