AVOID AVOID Do not trust the REVIEWS. Most of the reviews does not make sense> I have the opposite experience The customer service is absolutely poor. Once they take your money their website asks you to buy other unnecessary adds on. If you refuse to buy the adds on and ask to refund your money. They simply refuse. See their refund policy. They just do not want to refund anything to the same card used . When you complain, they ignoring you. I am considering to take action against 99hometo to get my money back. AVOID.....

Our platform provides a DIY feature, allowing vendors/landlords to manage their own listings. It appears this may have been unintentional from your end about not providing complete information. Being into Estate Agency business we are regulated by trading standards with protocols to follow. Hence it is not possible to get the property on to the market as per your conditions. Rather than pay the usual exorbitant estate agents fees, I decided to use one of the on-line letting agents to sell my property. 99home had very good reviews so I decided to give them a go. What a great decision! On Akash's advice I paid for the de-luxe version of their service and for a very reasonable fee they took care of everything, from photography, advertising, handling enquiries and showing people round the property. The response was tremendous and within a week the property was sold. At every stage, Akash was easily available and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Akash was my first point of contact with 99home when enquiring about selling my property. I had sold through 99home 3 years ago. At that time I had gone with the most simple package which meant I chose to handle much of the admin myself. After speaking to Akash, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the current housing market and how things may be changing in the future. I was so impressed I decided to upgrade my package this time as I felt I would feel much more confident in the process with Akash handling my account. My confidence was well placed. Throughout the selling process Akash was always quick to respond and his communication was always professional, knowledgeable and extremely prompt. I received an offer on my property which was lower than I had wanted but I was feeling anxious about selling before prices started to come down. Akash encouraged me to hold on and continue to show the property, not much later we accepted an offer that was £11,000 higher. The whole selling process has been smooth and stress free thanks to Akash and 99home.

As a potential buyer I've had a bad experience compared to all the other estate agents representing sellers. If I was the seller I wouldn't be very happy. They seem very inflexible and not at all concerned if they cannot arrange viewings. They didn't ask what position I was in as a buyer, nor ask for any other information from me. I've been offered two narrowly timed viewing slots which competed with work commitments and were offered at late notice. This seems an odd approach to trying to get a number of committed buyers interested as quickly as possible. Despite expressing interest two weeks ago, I still haven't managed to get an appointment to view the property i'm interested in. I appreciate they may well be lower cost that high street agencies, but there are plenty of other online only estate agents (some of whom offer no sale no fee with a fixed fee) who do a much better job in my opinion.

I've rarely had good expirence with estate agents and 99home have been a really refreshing change!I sold 2 houses using them, really is only £99, I got the asking price (above what other local agents had suggested) within just a few weeks. Both were very fast sales. Highly recommended if you want control of selling your own house, then I really recommend them.

From the very start, my experience with 99home (Komal, Ritika and the team) has been great. In the process of letting my rental property I have been supported the whole way through. I received lot of interest after the property was advertised by 99Home which were all handled and arranged through their (99Home) own dashboard. Once I confirmed the tenants and informed 99home, the referencing and tenant move-in process had been very smooth. They made the whole process extremely easy. Response (on my queries and issues) that I received from the team was far better than the high street agents. I would definitely recommend using them.

I was put in contact with Akash from 99 homes who helped me tremendously. He worked really hard from the beginning until the end of our renting process. He communicated with me very well and ensured that I was comfortable and understood every step. Akash was polite and professional. Myself and my husband are very happy with his work and manners. He arranged everything from viewing, meeting with the landlord, contacting the council and the tenancy agreement. I genuinely could not have had a better experience with 99homes and Akash.
