This is a very bad incoherent company! I didn’t feel comfortable with the way they wanted to run checks, I explained my concerns dearly and it fell no short other than deaf ears, I asked for my money to be returned and 99 homes was fixated on grooming me in to commit, after numerous attempts to get a refund and ignored time and time again I had no choice but to get the bank to step in and get my money back for me.
This company is run by Pakistanis, my advise is clear…unless you wish to be scammed STEER WELL CLEAR!

GoogleThe worst agency to rent a house is from them I rented the house I paid them a deposit the same day the next day we moved and we didn't have a floor we didn't have a bed we didn't have a refrigerator we didn't have a washing machine for garbage in in the garden there were a lot of rats next to that garbage I stayed for a week without a toilet they didn't send someone from the agency to fix the toilet so we had to use it by putting water in the toilet with a bucket.
we didn't even have curtains on the window, so basically we had absolutely nothing in that house, no curtains, no bed, no wardrobe, no fridge, no washing machine, no floor in the living room. It was just simple cement and the main door was forced crooked and we had to put clothes in to keep the cold out and the people from the agency did absolutely nothing.
To the fact that we put curtains on our windows they want to take us out of storage and that's what they did It cost us £275 the fact that we put three curtains on our windows a simple fact that we didn't have and you can't live without curtains at home
I do not recommend this agency to anyone because they will take your money and they will do absolutely nothing

Our interactions with the you began when you viewed the property and expressed a strong interest in proceeding as quickly as possible. Despite seeing the property's condition, you were eager to move forward. Nonetheless, you continued to seek alternatives for moving in, demonstrating your urgency.
The property was clearly advertised as unfurnished and was offered "as seen." . Upon moving in, you were aware of the property's condition, including the absence of flooring. Although the landlord arranged for a washing machine and other basic items, you accepted only the washing machine and declined the rest.
Regarding your complaint about the door, we addressed and resolved the issue promptly, understanding its importance. While his review highlights several issues, it fails to mention the resolutions we provided. Unfortunately, your subsequent communications have been rude and abusive, both via email and phone, with instances of inappropriate language recorded during calls.
We believe that if the tenant had significant concerns about the property, it would have been more appropriate not to proceed with the tenancy from the outset.

GoogleAwful company I did a listing expecting to be able to list my property straight away but they wanted a list of documents which was fine but when I tried to cancel for this reason they wouldn’t refund me until I’ve sent extensive documents of property ownership and others which when I’ve only recently completed is proving difficult I would completely avoid this company the customer service is terrible as well and considering I cancelled 30 mins after trying to take the advert out I should be fully refunded they shouldn’t need proof I own the property and documents on myself to refund to the same card I paid from. Absolute joke and would never use these again for this reason. I would advise them that if there customer service was better and they actually tried to put there customers first and not just try keep whatever fees they get then I would be a returning customer as I buy and sell 9/10 properties a year and wanted to try them out over a high street agent. I’d stay well clear cowboy company.
