Perfect service... could not have been any better... I was coming out of a difficult contract, which was very painful to take over, but Poja made sure to cover all the paperwork and make the transition as smooth as possible, not only from her end but she also guided me through the entire process. It took eight months to move, but she supported us without any expectations.

"Highly recommend 99home's full management service! I've been with them for six months now, and it's been a breeze, thanks to their attentive staff, especially Smita. Her kindness and patience have truly made the experience seamless. Recently, when issues arose with the toilet and washing machine, Smita efficiently communicated between the tenant and me, swiftly arranging for a contractor to resolve the problems. Their prompt action and excellent communication skills truly stand out. A big thank you to Smita and the entire team for their outstanding service!"

TrustpilotLet down by a poor website
You will be dealing with an Indian call center, in case that matters to you. I did find them to be courteous and had no issue understanding/dealing with the staff I spoke to. With Doorsteps you seem to get UK people and they offer a similar deal. But the reason for the 2 star review is not that but the website. It didn't do what it was supposed to do most of the time. There was a maintenance banner warning the entire time my listing was running, and my list of viewing contacts kept disappearing only to come back again on another visit to the site. Since they are an online estate agent they should at least get the 'online' bit right. I suppose it's useful that they do allow changes to listings using an online editor, but most of the time you need to prompt them to enact changes anyways. For Doorsteps you must email them each change and whilst that sounds more annoying than an online editor it worked surprisingly well. Whilst I liked the intention of 99home, the execution was appalling. I do like the fact that 99home are less aggressive than Doorsteps in up-selling. But the simple fact remains, it's much easier to deal with Doorsteps and you'll sell faster with them.EDIT: In response to the accusation of a fake review, I don't generally post stuff on public forums under my own name. The above review was fair, and I've even mentioned some points in your favour, if the aim was simply to promote a competitor I wouldn't have bothered would I? The reader will decide. Rather than throwing accusations around why not spend your time getting a decent web team on the job?EDIT2: Thanks for your efforts to get my review removed. I'm afraid this just further negatively impacts my experience with you. I've removed another star.EDIT3: I feel the only reason you want my ref. is to undermine my review, or possibly publish my details, bearing in mind the small-minded nature of your responses so far with multiple flaggings of my review, and playing the race card you are clearly petty and vindictive. I think this alone is enough of a reason not to deal with you. You can follow up with whatever unsubstantiated claims you want these are just words, impossible for people to prove or disprove independent reviews are what people come to Trustpilot for, not advertising spiel. And just so we're clear, if you do publish one shred of my PII here, I'll be taking the screenshot to the registrar, as that is a criminal offense under the DPA act 1998. Thanks.

Dear Biff,Thank you for your review.Yes, 99home owner's are Indian origen alongside with a few staff members. Putting word "Indian" seems like you have an issue. We don't see Doorsteps as a compititor however if you like to know a few key points:Here we go :-) 1. Who is selling property fast? 99home selling property way faster than Doorsteps. 2. Control?with 99home you have almost 80% control over your listing vs Doorsteps virtually nothing3. Automation?99home is a more automated system vs doorsteps where you have to call or email every time if you want to make any change in your listing.4. Support?99home average call pickup time is around 30 sec between 9am to 5pm but with Doorsteps, ….please give them a call :-) 5. Upselling? 99home will only seng you communication with regards to your property or system update vs Doorsteps will literally flood your mailbox with marketing emails. 6. Process?99home is an automated process where Doorsteps are still working the old ways.7.Clients? A good number of clients come from Doorsteps to 99home.8. One stop shop? 99home is one of the fastest growing One stop Property shop where Doorsteps are only in sales. 9Education? 99home is one of the most qualified agencies vs doorsteps. 10. Service?99home is providing service vs Doorsteps one particular face. You failed to provide your property ref number or customer number. Please, could you let us know what is your property reference number? [Updated 14/12/20]___________This is a 100% fake review as we do not have a customer with your details and we could understand your frustration here that how desperate you are to promote our competitors on 99home's platform. However, could you still please provide us with the details about your listing and the inconvenience you've faced so we could investigate this further?Regards 99home

TrustpilotMmmm spend 99 quid ,possibly save £3900? A no brainer!
Estate agents are a headache at the best of times so I thought Id take a gamble and try 99 home And see how I get on, Only 99 quid after all! Anyway after writing my listing from stealing bits from other adverts and taking a few nice photographs I was away and the guys at 99 home had me on Zoopla, rightmove and on the market all the places the big boys play, and even gumtree!! I also used separately a local estate agent and Found I had just as many viewings from 99 home as I did from the estate agent but with 99H fees around 3900 pound cheaper if sold. This allowed me to take a little less and still have more as it only cost me 99 quid after all!!So big thanks to Swati and the team for a great service and good luck for the future!Give them a go , Could be the best 99 quid you've ever spent 👍( and NO, I am NO relation just a genuinely happy customer!👏👏👏👏)

TrustpilotAmazing service and excellent value
Amazing service and excellent value! Sujata was assigned to manage our property and took care of everything from the initial listing and photos all the way through to memorandum of sale and completion. Having an individual contact made the whole process run smoothly and Sujata was always on hand to chase things up when required. We actually had a buyer pull out at the last possible moment so we had to start the whole process all over. We changed photos and took the property off the market and then back on for a 2nd time and nothing was too much trouble and didn't have any extra fees.I would highly recommend 99home and will use again in the future.

TrustpilotPersonalised service, good communication and really supportive
This was our first experience of using an online estate agent and it was brilliant. The whole process was really easy to follow (we went for the combo package). The professional photographs of our house were excellent. Communication with 99Home was really prompt and helpful (email, texts and telephone), and they did what they said they would, in a timely manner. We felt in control of the whole process, but with support when we wanted or needed it, and the service was really personalised to our requirements. Swati Bhandari was particularly supportive over the telephone when things got stressful!

GoogleWhere do I even begin? We listed our shared ownership home with this company late last year, as we were told by Bromford Housing that we had no choice but to use them. From the start, it was nothing short of a nightmare. Our personal contact details were shared without consent, leading to constant, unsolicited calls about the details of shared ownership. Despite repeatedly asking for these inquiries to be directed to the agent, they largely went ignored. Email responses were rare, sometimes taking weeks, and even then, they were often unhelpful. At one point we were on the phone to Amit whilst he scrolled through his unread emails trying to find the ones we had sent him weeks prior.
The real horror came when we accepted our first offer in February, only to discover in late April that the buyer didn’t even exist (We had made an offer on a property by this point). The "buyer" didn’t have an Agreement in Principle (AIP), which I’d assume is a basic check the company should have done before marking the property as sold STC. So, we had to start all over again.
It wasn’t until we filed a formal complaint that anyone seemed to care, and we finally received an apology from the manager. By then, it was far too late. For the "privilege" of being messed around, we paid £1000 + VAT, a fee I deeply regret.
Lack of communication, lack of care, and constant failures in every task they were supposed to handle. This company is the epitome of incompetence. Save yourself the trouble, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, even under threat.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We understand how important this matter is, and we would like to clarify the points raised in the review to ensure you feel fully informed and supported.
1. Sharing Personal Information
We want to reassure you that at no point did we share the vendor's personal information with any third party. Our role was simply to forward the contact details of interested buyers to the vendor, in line with our usual process. Our packages do not include viewing assistance unless explicitly chosen by the vendor. If this service had been selected, an additional fee of £360 would apply. Since this option wasn’t opted for, the vendor took responsibility for handling viewing queries directly.
2. Responding to Buyer Queries
We made sure to respond promptly to any questions from potential buyers regarding the sales process. However, specific queries about viewings were directed to the vendor, as outlined in the service package.
3. Buyer Application Updates
We fully understand the frustration that can come with waiting for updates on the buyer’s application. Please know that affordability checks are carried out by the housing association, not by us. We can only provide updates as soon as we receive the information from them, and we’ve worked to communicate these as quickly as possible to everyone involved.
4. Timeline of Events
Anika’s initial offer was accepted in February, and we moved forward with the process.
Unfortunately, Anika faced difficulties securing a mortgage due to the property being in a flood risk area. We communicated this to the vendor (Joanna Lawrance), and despite exploring several other lenders, Anika informed us after about a month that she would no longer be able to proceed.
With the vendor’s agreement, the property was re-marketed, and we were pleased to secure a new buyer, Liam. The sale has now been successfully completed.
5. Vendor’s Review
We understand that feedback is important, and we take it seriously. Throughout the transaction with Liam, there were no indications of any dissatisfaction from the vendor until after our commission was paid by the solicitor. At that point, a negative review was submitted by James, who had not been directly involved in the process. We believe this may be related to the timing of the commission payment, which was earned upon the successful completion of the sale.
We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation and provides you with the reassurance you need. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.

GoogleFirst time buyers, they accepted an offer on a house we put down, and as we were clamoring to get everything together, within a week they had finallized the sale with ANOTHER client they accepted an offer with and did'nt tell either the housing association or us that the deal was done until we contacted them. Very unhelpful on the phone with house details as they kept ushering us to get details elsewhere (they are the advertisers and seemingly had no details about ground rent ect.) and always seemed audibly disinterested in anything we said. Abysmal service.

TrustpilotWhy would anyone use a conventional agent when you can have quality customer service and save thousands with 99 Home?
I have been using 99 Home for some years for both sales and lettings. They have saved me tens of thousands of pounds on agency fees on lettings alone and many more tens of thousands on property sales. 99 Home not only save me money but offer excellent customer service, and the full range of agency services as required, each priced transparently and much more cheaply than conventional estate agencies. All delivered professionally and to a high quality. Unlike conventional agencies, whose behaviour is driven primarily by commissions, 99 Home concentrate on service delivery. I cannot understand why anyone would use a conventional agency when 99 Home is available as an alternative. In my latest two lettings transactions, 99 Home identified quality tenants, undertook reference checking, developed contracts, undertook check in inventory, undertook various required inspections, providing great service and savings for both my new tenants and myself. All of this was undertaken with exemplary efficiency and brilliant customer service by the lovely Anjali who was with us every step of the way. Like Ritika, who has supported me through previous transactions, she could not do enough to help. I recommend 99 Home unreservedly for a fuss-free, efficient and excellent value service whether you are letting or selling.
