Friendly, professional and an extremely efficient service. Staff went above and beyond to help. Anil and Lav were amazing and made the whole process easy. We were supported every step of the way and for the price we paid, we definitely got the best value for money. Promised viewing Wednesday 19th without confirming with current tenants. Of course it got cancelled then assured me ill get one Saturday 22nd at 10 in the morning. I chased it up on Friday 21st, got a reply "today you will be getting the confirmation" with no further updates at all. Absolute disregard for my time.

GoogleWorst worst worst agency. They asked us to pay holding deposit to reserve property. We paid them holding deposit but they didn't reserve it. We told them that we need to wait 1..2 days to submit our all payslips. They didn't provide us any time frame to submit documents. We submit all documents in 6 days and at the end they said they've given the property to someone else. It was a very shocking news for us as we had given the notice to our previous landlord. We requested to 99home that how they can do like that without warning us. Now we're living in hotel. Please don't don't go with this agency. Really really bad experience. 👎 would give them 0 star. Don't trust on them. They just waste the time of people. Especially their staff is really lazy, doesn't answer the emails. You've to make a call after doing email to get response of emails. Specifically Anjali is worst, very unprofessional.

GoogleIf less than 1 star could be given then I would have selected that option, absolutely zero help over the phone, applied for a viewing of a property. I called the number to get some details, the person who answered couldn’t understand simple questions due to a language barrier, upon being transferred to someone else that person spent the best part of a minute pleading for a review on google due to the fact he had helped me… what help have I had to warrant a positive review? I wasn’t given a viewing slot I wasn’t given any actual information on the property then once I called back 4 days later all the viewings had taken place and the house was gone. Even though they didn’t know know when they where able to conduct viewings 4 days prior to someone having finalised the property. I would avoid at all costs if you are looking for a professional company to help you with your move.

GoogleWe decided to advertise our overseas property with 99home because it was cheaper than others. It was the worst decision we ever made. Constant emails and phone calls to check when the property would be live was a waste of time. Lines always busy and no-one bothered to call me to keep me up to date. Customer service did not exist. We had to provide our proofs three times. Then they got the price wrong and then more problems getting it on Zoopla and On The Market. Rightmove was an extra charge we didn't know about until after we paid, then they eventually told us. An absolute waste of time. The listing is still in approval. I want to change the price but not sure if they can get that right again! I'm very unhappy. I want somone to call me because I'm fed up of calling and emailing to get things done.
