It worked for us

We chose 99home as we believed this would be best for us. We were confident that our house would sell and didn't need to pay someone to show people around our home so it was all great and for a fraction of the price you will pay for traditional, "over priced" estate agents.All the staff at 99home were very helpful especially Akash Kariya who guided us through those early days.The only reason I have not given 99home five stars was due to the sometimes difficult and frustrating language barrier that existed between us and the staff, which sometimes led to misunderstanding.It all worked out in the end I would definitely use 99home again.

I have always found a tenant through 99home. I've been using them for over 5 years now and consequently have my entire portfolio at 99home. I particularly like the combination of reasonable advertising fee (using both Right move and Zoopla) with myself doing the viewings and tenant checks. I've never had a rogue tenant that way. Setting up takes a while but second lets are literally at the press of a button.Komal has been our account manager and quickly contacted me and steered me through the fix. Highly Recommended!

An excellent team with proper communication and ownership taken of each and every step to provide a seamless experience. They were also very reasonable compared to local estate agents on the high street and quite prompt in getting all the requisite certificates done. Took 2 weeks to reply to my offer. 4 weeks after offer accepted pulled out due to "taking too long to complete" No communication from them in the meantime. Customer service outsourced to a team who didn't understand. Update: 2 offers were submitted and the second one accepted. After spending thousands in solicitor fees, survey fees and mortgage broker fees the vendor pulled out after 4 weeks because "it was taking too long". Property is still represented by yourselves. No doubt accepted a higher offer

Just sold through 99 Home after a terrible experience with Doorsteps. The website is basic but do not let that put you off. Buyers seems to be able to navigate it and I got plenty of enquiries to my email and they also save onto your dashboard. You can update your ad yourself and change the status when you want, so its completely in your hands. Anil Sharma has been super helpful with all emails and calls returned within a few hours. Choose this over Doorsteps - they are cheaper and the service you will get is infinitely better. Doorsteps wont even return an email and do not try and get through to them on the phone! Give it a go, I will use them again for my next sale.
