This is the second time I've used 99 and I was more than satisfied with their service. Varun looked after me throughout the process and was always quick to respond. We had a few small hiccups along the way, but none were of his making and he was always patient and able to resolve. I would highly recommend 99 to anyone who is considering using an online service. It's a simple and swift process and amazing value for money.

I have used 99home for the first time to sell my house. GoogleIf less than 1 star could be given then I would have selected that option, absolutely zero help over the phone, applied for a viewing of a property. I called the number to get some details, the person who answered couldn’t understand simple questions due to a language barrier, upon being transferred to someone else that person spent the best part of a minute pleading for a review on google due to the fact he had helped me… what help have I had to warrant a positive review? I wasn’t given a viewing slot I wasn’t given any actual information on the property then once I called back 4 days later all the viewings had taken place and the house was gone. Even though they didn’t know know when they where able to conduct viewings 4 days prior to someone having finalised the property. I would avoid at all costs if you are looking for a professional company to help you with your move.

GooglePoor Results and Pushy Sales Approach. I listed my property with two online agents, one of which was 99Home Ltd, using the same photos and description on both platforms. In just two months, I received 57 enquiries from the other agent, but only a few (mostly fake) enquiries through 99Home, including three that appeared to be fake overseas leads. When I raised my concerns with their sales representative, Vivek, instead of investigating why my listing wasn’t performing, he kept trying to upsell additional services. When I pointed out the lack of genuine enquiries, his response was simply, “I’m glad you’re getting a lot of enquiries with the other agent and thank you for your feedback,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, very disappointing experience, poor lead quality, no genuine effort to resolve issues, and a sales-first rather than customer-focused approach. This is my first and last time using them.

Why did you feel the need to list your property with two agents simultaneously? When you have already received 50+ queries through the other agent, what was the reason for listing with 99home, and more importantly, why no tenant resulted from those 50+ enquiries? Additionally, if similar properties are available for £2,500 PCM, what would motivate a tenant to pay £2,950 PCM for yours? Pricing plays a key role in generating genuine interest and conversions, regardless of the platform. At 99home, our systems deliver every genuine lead we receive, and we do not filter or hide any enquiries. However, pricing strategy, property condition, and current market demand significantly influence conversion outcomes. GoogleI inquired about a house for sale on their website and put a request in for a house viewing. Bear in mind I put a request in on a Tuesday and requested a house viewing for the Saturday (4days time) It got to Friday and I had not heard anything regarding the viewing. I called up their head office to ask if the viewing was going ahead or not. The guy on the phone seemed very “unbothered” like he didn’t want to talk to me. After giving him details about the house I wanted a viewing for, he mumbled some stuff to me (no idea what he said) then hung up on me. Not only was I confused about the whole phone conversation, but I found the whole experience very unprofessional. And the seller has now lost a potential buyer. So I do not recommend this company and will not reach out again about that property, or any in the future.

GoogleWe decided to advertise our overseas property with 99home because it was cheaper than others. It was the worst decision we ever made. Constant emails and phone calls to check when the property would be live was a waste of time. Lines always busy and no-one bothered to call me to keep me up to date. Customer service did not exist. We had to provide our proofs three times. Then they got the price wrong and then more problems getting it on Zoopla and On The Market. Rightmove was an extra charge we didn't know about until after we paid, then they eventually told us. An absolute waste of time. The listing is still in approval. I want to change the price but not sure if they can get that right again! I'm very unhappy. I want somone to call me because I'm fed up of calling and emailing to get things done.

After a thorough research and one of Which recommended property selling agent, we engaged in their services to sell our property. Amit Patel was quick to response to any enquiries we had and as agreed he was on the ball in arranging the photographer and placing the advert on all platform on the agreed date.
