Dear Chris, Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the call recording and can confirm that our team member requested the property reference number in order to locate the listing. Instead of providing the reference number, you mentioned the road name of the property, which unfortunately was not very clear on the call. All properties listed with 99home are assigned a unique property reference number to help our team quickly and accurately identify the relevant listing. This reference number is clearly displayed within the property images and in the listing description. It appears there may have been some frustration during the call as the reference number was not provided, which made it difficult for our team member to locate the property immediately. The experience has been fantastic from beginning to end. I paid around 10% of the fee that I would have been charged from a local estate agent and in my experience the service has been no less. I opted for the combo package including photos and sales progression. The photography was carried out within a week of paying and the photos were available to upload within days of being taken. I conducted the viewings myself so you receive a text when someone makes an enquiry on the website allowing me to vet individuals prior to viewing and also vetting offers etc. I dealt with Lav, Swati and Anil and I found them all excellent. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again (if I was to move again).Keep up the great work!Regards,Daniel

Absolutely fantastic service. I went for the £99 option to sell my home. I already had photo's & floorplan from when I had listed the property a few years ago, and the EPC from when I originally bought the property (they last for 10 years). The website and portal were easy to use and navigate. It didn't take me long to get my property listed. Swati was my advisor and was fantastic. I was emailed when anything was updated and if I had a question, my emails would get replied to quickly. I sold my house in 5 days and they helped me with all the paperwork to get the solictor 'ball' rolling! I would highly recommend, especially if you don't mind arranging the viewings etc yourself and it saves you so much money! Plus I am not a fan of conventional estate agents because they lie to get the most money out of you! :)

GoogleAfter waiting over a week being piggy in the middle with lenders, brokers and the housing association, 99Homes emails me saying my offer is accepted! After starting to get excited, I decided to call them up as I hadn’t heard anything directly from the housing association and wanted to double check after all the stress I’ve been having and turns out, it was an accident! Easy to say I was not impressed.

We have sold two houses through 99Home, the first one sold within the first week and 99Home seemed to be on the ball all the way to the end. The second house was a bit more problamatic, not the fault of 99Home. Swati Bhandari was allocated to us as our sales representative, who supported us very well throughout. We had two buyers pulled out on us and still Swati stuck with it, till eventually we have the third set of buyers and things are processing nicely. I can only praise 99Home and our special thanks to Swati, who's done everything possible to get us to this stage. Full marks.

My house is for sale at the moment with 99home and my contact is Swati who is very nice and friendly. Swati is also very efficient in responding to my emails so for example if I make any amendments to the description of my house then the description is quickly updated on the various websites. Swati is also very helpful such as giving me advice on the questions I should ask potential buyers before the potential buyers view my house. I’m looking forward to selling my house with 99home

I am using 99home for the 2nd time to rent out a property. I'm comfortable with dealing with tenants directly. I actually prefer it that way as communication of any issues is much better. 99home give me access to potential tenants by enabling me to place my property on the property portals. The 99home dashboard is very easy to use. As with all regulation these days identity checks and verifcation can be a bit of a pain but Naresh was very efficient in getting back to me with any documentation required. First time got a lot of tenant enquiries despite COVID lockdown so hoping for the same this time
