Rented my house quick.

I have rented my house using the online agency. Bhanu was very responsive to all of the queries that we had along the way. We have managed to tent out the house at the fraction of the high street agent. I paid only £49 and got the advertising and the checks on one tenant included in this. It had taken only few days to find about 15 people interested in my house. But this is obviously due to pricing the property right.

I was very sceptical about the online estate agent service at the onset.Akash Kariya was very thorough and explained the whole process of listing. We managed to get an offer within the first 2 weeks of listing. Akash was excellent in handling the negotiation and sale progression when we got an offer. Excellent online Estate agents

We used 99Home after finding them online. We chose the lowest package £99 as we had the capability to do our own pictures, floor plan, description ect.....but you can upgrade or change it at anytime. Our house went on the market on a Friday and was sold by Monday! Yes 3 days. Our point of contact was Lav Pandey, he has been fantastic in every way, at every point for advice, liaising with our buyer, emails, phone calls, nothing was any trouble, he was and still remains fantastic, as was anyone we had to speak to as 99Home they were all great. I would highly recommend 99Home and if needed again in the future they will be the first online estate agent I contact. Thank you Lav a Pandey and all at 99Home.

The End of the High Street Estate Agent!

99 Home is simply brilliant! We bought the £99 package, uploaded all of our data and were live on the property portals within 24 hours. By 48 hours we had multiple viewing requests and by 72 hours our house was under offer! The process was entirely in our control and we had direct communication with potential buyers. Although the user dashboard is very easy to navigate, we had added support of the 99 Home advisors at our disposal 24/7 to provide assistance when we needed it. Saving the best for last .... we saved £13-15k on estate agent fees! We couldn't be happier.

Exceeded expectations

Having had a negative experience with another online estate agents, I decided to ‘cut out the middle man’ and market the property myself. 99home provided the service I needed and listed my property on all the major property websites. I got lots of interest in my property quickly and was able to follow up on leads easily from the email and text notification system. After finding a buyer for my property, 99home has exceeded my expectations by providing the memorandum of sale, and also letting me know when my buyers surveyors would be contacting me. A special thank you to Lav who really helped with getting the MOS issued. All in all, a great service, thank you.

I was considering using 99home vs some other high street agents, but after speaking to Bhanu from 99home, I decided to give it a try. Bhanu was very helpful throughout the process of finding the right tenants, provided updates in a timely manner and also available to take my calls and answer my queries promptly. She (and other colleagues in 99home) also helped to provide some guidance / advice when it comes to deciding on the right tenants. Flat was rented out in time and I'm happy with the level of service provided by Bhanu and also to those in 99home who are involved in the process of finding a tenant for me. I hope they will continue to do well in managing my flat throughout the tenancy period.
