I took a look at online estate agencies and came across 99Rent. For a total cost of £500.00 inc VAT on a no sale no fee basis. This price included a EPC, floor plan pictures and property description. There was a lovely lady called Swati who could be contacted on the telephone for any advice. Within 48 hours of the property going live we had two offers. The price we achieved was better than the three local estate agents had suggested and there was a saving of nearly an additional of £9000 in fees that a high estate agency would have charged. Nice people to do business with.

My experience with 99 Home has been first class, I've communicated with Swati, Smita and most recently Lav Pandey. All three were continually helpful, being quick with a response to any questions I had. From my first enquiry, I gauged I was in good hands regarding my advertising, advice on my pictures and the property description.After an offer was submitted I felt Lav Pandey acted with my best interest. Excellent service and helpful staff. I actually thought they were more helpful dealing with my case than the high street estate agency who is dealing with the sale of the property I’m buying. I was surprised when I found out how indifferent they were towards their client. That made me even more confident in using the 99 home. If you get the same level or a lower level of service from a high street agent why should you go with them? I saved a fortune by using the 99 home website. Highly recommend them to everyone. This is the first time I’ve used 99 Home and I can honestly say they have been amazing! I paid for the lowest priced package and did the viewings myself, but have had regular contact with the team at the office, they’ve been so helpful and kept in contact regarding viewings, an offer and contacting our buyer and arranging the exchange of solicitors details, all for £95! (I used a discount code I found online) Special thanks to Lav, Swati, Anil and Smita who have all be great and actioned everything amazingly quickly! I love the fact that they work around you and make contact in evenings when most agents are closed. It fits around my working day and has been a stress free process so far. I’ll never go back to using a local high street estate agent again, the fee is so expensive in comparison and I’ve received much better service this time with 99 Home, even though I live in the North West, approx 200 miles away from their office, it hasn’t felt remote at all! Will definitely be using them again and recommending 99 Homes to others! 5 star customer service, keep up the great work!

Chose 99home as couldn’t understand how the high street agents could charge so much. Was really happy with the service getting my house on the market and the efficiency of the systems to inform of viewings. Swati was really helpful and responsive helping me secure a sale in my house. Had to host my own viewing and deal direct with the buyers but a small price to pay to save over £7,500. Would definitely use again.

Amazing service provided by 99 homes. I compared other online companies with 99 homes, only 99 homes came on top picking the phone instantly for tenant leads. They also impressed with phone lines being open 24 hours and called them on Sunday at midnight and they were still open taking calls. I would like to especially thank you to 99 homes telephone staff and especially Swati and Bhanu who personally helped and assisted me every step of the way with patience and prompt email replies . Hats off to 99 homes once again for a excellent service and keep up the good work ethic 👏👏👏

Finding and moving home is stressful but 99homes and especially Bhanu our consultant made it easy and stress free, Everything was done quickly and efficiently.We were guided every step of the way.Their service provider Homeshift are also Very helpful and attentive. We had a bit of aHiccup with getting our broadband and ittook longer than promised but we got there.It’s much easier having one company dealing with your home utilities.The only company I have any complaints about is the inventory company they use. The consultant from this company is extremely rude and non helpful.Should I have to move again. I will most definitely put 99homes first on my contactList.Thank you for all your help.Cheryll Boswell

Just a quick note to say very happy with the Bhanu and the team. I had used a high street estate agent but after getting 2 enquiries, I decided to take control myself and go through 99 homes. In 2 weeks I had 18 people interested in viewing and 3 offers and because I was able to meet each potential tenant myself, I was able to get a good idea who would be best suited to take on the property long term. in the end I was able to insist on a guarantor as well and got the best candidate. Bhanu assisted me throughout each step of the way. I did also pay an extra £100 for the professional pictures and 2d floor plan but again I think well worth it as the pictures were great and I will be able to use them again in future.The whole process took 16 days from start to finish before my tenant moved in. the only small issue was the time it took for the to let board to go up however this was because 99 homes use a third party and the company were inundated with requests for boards.In future I would not require a board. I would definitely use services again.

This is the first time I am selling my house. When I decided to go through 99homes ai wasn’t sure if it’s right thing to do. However I can honestly say they are just perfect. You can call 99 homes 10 times a day and they lovely people still will answer your questions and help you with everything. In regards to email its nearly straight away response. I have paid only £99 and I think its a joke. They worth a lot more! Thank you to Anil, Komal and Sharry for all they have done and for rest of the team! The service they provided is simply amazing.

very good, had to do a bit myself of course but for £99 who cares, saved me £1500 or more. could have done with a bit more info other than a few q&a and a video on website, more info needed. Vijayant Vashistha was very helpful but took a while to get our 'contact'. Don't think they had a Contact in our area in truth but he sorted us anyway. Good guy. In a nutshell we had 19 viewings and 9 offers in seven days before accepting one of several over the asking price. I wrote a good description (if i say so so!) and am good at communication - if you're not then think again. Remember you are a homeowner and a salesman/estate agent at same time; think before you speak! good luck

Unlike high street agents, they are contactable all the time and get back to queries straight away. They are friendly, helpful and professional. Our sale has just Completed and it is very refreshing not to have a 2% agent fee to pay - especially when the service from Vijay and his team has been outstanding We would definitely use 99Homes again in future.

Like many people who decide to sell their property we went to several of the large a Estate Agents. Some of their commission rates were incredibly high, We were therefore so lucky to be recommended. Very professional and friendly and very competitive with their commission rates. In the days of Rightmove the buyer is not walking the high streets looking in estate agents windows. We had out house sold within 10 days at the asking price. After 27 years selling a home can be quite daunting but 99home helped guide us through the process and were very active in progressing the sale through to completion. komal was our main contact and she was excellent, I would certainly recommend 99home.
