GoogleSold a flat recently using 99home. There were a few issues originally which were eventually sorted. The flat didnt sell quickly but we only paid for the basic £99 package and did get a decent amount of viewers. Overall I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. I believe that the large majority of people looking at purchasing a property will look at the main property sites such as right move etc. Thank you 99home!

The house was on the well known on-line sites within 5 days and was STC in week 4. The process has been very straightforward, with lots of support from Akash Kariya and colleagues along the way (calls and email). Quick to respond and I would say better than our experience with high street estate agents. We also received weekly review stats from 2 web pages to see how our views online compared to the market. Overall this has been a great experience and would recommend their use.
