Outstanding from day 1!! Vijay is super helpful and makes the process of selling your home really easy. I uploaded all of my info around 2pm on the Friday and by 6:30pm my house was on Rightmove. By 8:10pm I had my first viewing request! Absolutely no need to pay £££'s to high street estate agents. Vijay has also liaised with solicitors to move the sale through quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 99home, in fact I've already told so many people about them!

It was with much trepidation that I decided to check out an online agency - 99home. My last Estate agency (being of the bricks and mortar type) had charged what I considered to be a whopping premium for such a mediocre service. So I took the plunge and I'm glad I did. Thank you Vijay and team for making the whole process easy and straightforward and far far cheaper than the traditional method I had been used to and felt safe with. A professional service from the company put my mind at ease and so I can happily recommend them.

Ritika has been great, very proactive and always a wonderful manner. Sometimes though i have called 99 homes and requested a call back because Ritika was unavailabe, but no call back happened. Also coming into the property there has just been problem after problem. I think there could have been a more thorough check of the property prior to us moving in, as many of the problems are glaringly obvious and should have been dealt with.

Ritika helped me throughout the whole process. She is patient in explaining steps and was reachable via chat on their webpage which made communications easier for me. Ritika has extensive knowledge of the rental process and made sure all the necessary tenant checks were made and AST and supporting documents sent to all parties. Slight hick-up was when tenants provided the same email address which delayed the digital signing of the contracts. I needed to chase up on this.

I cannot praise Vijay and his team enough for the excellent service we have recieved thus far. Decided to put our property up for sale and being,very disillusioned with the high street estate agents decided to try 99home. Our property was advertised on the 99home website, along with Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime location. We had two viewings on the first day and an offer recieved on the second day which we have accepted. Unlike High Street estate agents the buyers contact you to arrange viewings and there are no better people than yourselves to show them around your property. Vijay has been really helpful and has made regular contact during the process thus far. Highly recommend using 99home.

Vijay and his team at 99Home are simply superb at a fraction of the cost. I took Photo and negotiation service which was value for the money. My apartment was sold in less than 1 month, considering it went live just before Christmas holidays. It saves seller good amount of money and keeps buyer happy as they don't have to deal with Estate Agents.They are very responsive to queries and are very professional. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

I decided to post my property for let on 99home after a brief conversation with its founder Vijay. I did use OpenRent for a trial period prior to choosing 99home. Whilst OpenRent is a technologically superior website, the amount of personal service you get from 99home - for the same fee (Express - £49) is unmatched. Within hours of registration, I was contacted by Vicky - the territory director who paid a visit to my property, conducted the anti money laundering checks, provided me guidance on the valuation, reviewed my advertisement draft & photos, and gave me some useful tips on staging the property. It is really commendable that 99home accommodates a home visit for such a low fee. The next morning - my property was live on Rightmove. One feedback for 99home is that they need to provide clearer information on which fields on their site are not going to be reproduced on Rightmove and Zoopla unless repeated in the Description box. Ideally, there shouldn't be any. For example, I realised that the "Available from" information is not reproduced on Rightmove or Zoopla, unless copied on the features or description fields. Vijay was accessible for help throughout the process. Overall a very good experience. Now that my property is live, I have noticed that I am getting far fewer unsuitable enquiries (i.e. enquiries not in line with my tenant preferences). I undertstand that 99home operate a contact centre that screens out those enquiries. This feature is head and shoulders above the garbage in garbage out enquiry model of OpenRent.

The team are extremely helpful in the service they offer, especially Vijay. Support is available on the phone as well as email. A very straight forward process to get your house on all the relevant portals in order that it is marketed to a wider audience as possible in the most cost effective way. The web site is intuitive and easily allows the house particulars to be created. 99 Home offer a very defined service which they do extremely well.

I have found the 99Home online estate agent experience fantastic - like a breath of fresh air. As a seller, I get regular texts to advise me that someone is interested in my property... I've had several texts in past 2 weeks, really improving my opportunity to sell.Not only is their business model modern and fresh, and very good value for money, but the personal contact from Vijay has been really good. He is always really pleasant when he phones on a weekly basis, ready to offer his support and is reassuring.Their website is fairly easy to follow - lots of details clearly displayed with the option of booking a viewing. What should be clearer perhaps is that this is an online EE and that some of us are merely private sellers, selling their own homes.I'm really surprised it hasn't yet hit off more in the north of England - (perhaps I should be on commission LOL)I'm very happy to recommend 99Home from my personal experience to others...Very well done.

Originally was just browsing 99home's website, when Vijay started chatting to me on-line, answered all my queries and answered honestly. I advertised the property myself by writing the description and uploading the property images, which I must say was extremely easy. The system in place is exceptional, once the advert was live within a few hours I had text messages informing me of potential clients wanting to view alongside their contact number. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell privately to save a few £££££.

GoogleComplete waste of time. Staff completely unresponsive and make out they don't receive emails, even though technology says they have! Verification process is a joke. Rude on the phone. This company will go nowhere with an attitude like this. They phoned me pretty quickly after my review to try and get me to take it down. And now a couple of month later (today) they have relied to claim fake review!! It’s not fake at all, beware.

Avoid this letting agency at all costs. After paying a holding deposit (which is legally binding) they have ended my referencing early due to 'not being able to get my reference yet after waiting a long time'. They have been doing this for less than a week. They wouldn't provide me with the name of the landlord to chase this up. I did not fail any credit checks and have just decided they wanted to proceed with another offer. This is not only against the law but also completely unethical and they still legally have 6 days to wait to complete my checks since I sent the holding deposit. Avoid them to ensure you do not get your hopes up and are out of pocket due to their actions.

We are a online based company where landlord makes the decision. It was landlord's choice to go ahead with some other tenant which already cost us a loss of income.
