Right from taking the property details to property listing was seamless and efficient. The tag team of Puja & Ritika reviewed each of the inquiries received in a very detailed manner, thus keeping me out of the process of reviewing the details on my own. With their magic, I was able to manage and onboard the tenant in less than 3 weeks of posting the ad. Overall, very impressed with the service and support provided by 99home. I will recommend them to anyone looking to have their property on rent and to be managed by a very efficient team.

I have used 99home over the last five years and have nothing but praise for the service, courtesy and efficiency of Anil, Payal and Lav.I recommended them to a friend earlier in the year and she sold her property very quickly and will be returning to sell a second in the next week or two using 99home. Why would anyone want to use an agent, pay exorbitant fees for a mediocre service - no one knows your property better than you do!

GoogleAnd again this company never fails to surprises me. One of my listings has not been appearing on Rightmove to which I have paid £249.00. The customer service aspect is one of the worst I have witnessed. There are better companies to use that offer the same service such as Upad. I have only used this company for the past 2-3 months and I have encounter issue after issue. Ref listing: 10686

If anyone is comfortable in arranging and doing viewings themselves then this advertising platform and other non obligatory services are really at such a reasonable price, will highly recommend.

This company does not have any integrity and they keep changing rates for the same property on Rightmove. I enquired on all the occasions and to my surprise the listing itself was removed from Rightmove and then listed again with increased price. When I managed to finally booked a viewing at the advertised price, they again asked me to bid for the same property with higher price than it was listed on the RightMove. Please avoid the advertisement from this company on the Rightmove.
Seems like a fake review. Our system is automated and it's very unlikely we ask for bidding as 99home sell properties by private treaty. Let's hope this reviewer can give us some information about which property he/she is talking about. Many thanks99hme team

I wanted to give home99 a try as a new coming online company but turned to be a nightmare.I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by home99.I was refused the refund of £29 although cancelled within less than 24 hours. Despite sending building insurance and mortgage offer documents as proof of ownership yet they insisted not receiving them ( e mails with attachments available to be verified) rather I was asked repeatedly to pay £20 towards Land registry. I was also asked to pay another £20 if I wanted the ad to appear on Rightmove .Further, It was not safe for me to deal with prospective tenants out of any conventional internal portal. More Advertising Sales Services on Rental Portal. I was also refused to be provided with the name of the body regulator.I do NOT recommend.
Dear Khadija (Kay),I am afraid to say that the review is unfair to us. Your property went live on Zoopla and other portals within 24 hours of listing and we tried to resolve all your queries as quick as possible. You've been trying to enroll with us from 2020 and we've always been quick enough to response.Our website clearly mentions that there is an additional charge for Rightmove, i.e. £20 and we've had conversations where we clearly informed this over the phone, chat and emails before you enrolled online. We've a free listing option for £0 which is given to the customers so that they could check our automated system and sign up if they are satisfied. Our refund policy clearly confirms that no refund is given if the property goes live which was agreed by you before signing up. The property was live and we received two enquiries on the property. It seems like that you finalised one of them and now requesting for a refund (kind of misusing our services).Please understand if you go to Mc Donald's you order a burger and ate it; however, you did not like the taste of the burger. You could not ask for a refund just because you don't like the taste.AML is a mandatory exercise by Government which needs to be followed by all the estate agents. Why we need documents to verify. 1. HMRC: Please see HMRC guidelines for the estate agents. Without AML (and verification, no agent will list your property. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/money-laundering-regulations-2007-supervision-of-estate-agency-businesses We are member of ARLA and we tend to follow the correct practice, if someone else is making a mistake so it does not gives us liberty of making the same mistakes. We believe when you say, you wanted to give 99home a chance; however, it seems more of misusing our services rather than giving us a chance and when we wanted to follow the right code of practice, you threaten us about giving a negative review and forced us not to follow right practice and refund the money which is not possible.We wish you good luck with letting your property!Regards, 99home

Google99Home Ltd.'s initial prices appeared reasonable, but as the process progressed, additional costs began coming up. When I attempted to obtain a breakdown of expenses, customer support was useless, and I ultimately paid far more than I had anticipated.
This review is not genuine; the company is pressuring us to purchase their reputation management service, threatening to flood our profile with fake reviews if we decline. Google please could you remove this review. Many thanks 99home team
