Lav Pandey and the team offer a great service.

Fantastic. I wanted to sell my house but begrudged paying high street estate agents huge fees. I didn't mind doing all the work myself but the crucial thing these days is being advertised on Rightmove, Zoopla etc. Then I found 99Home. The £99 package was exactly what i was looking for. A no frills, DIY option. Registration and the AML ID checks was an easy, quick online process. Then you have access to your own online dashboard were you can begin to list your property. I uploaded all my own photos, wrote my description exactly how i wanted it, then once the team have approved they will list it for you. Within a day i was live on the property portals. FANTASTIC.All enquiries come through to my phone email for me to contact buyers and arrange viewings directly. If you need to change a photo or description, you can do so through your dashboard easily.Although its a DIY option i did still send a few emails to 99home to confirm a couple of things etc. I was honestly amazed by the fast helpful responses i received. Lav Pandey and the team have been a pleasure to deal with.So if like me, you understand you need to do nearly everything yourself and you just need that crucial marketing. These are your guys.

Decided to use 99 Home to sell my house…

Decided to use 99 Home to sell my house as I had read good things about it .I was not disappointed and the service was great right through putting my property on Right Move , Zoopla and On The Market to negotiating with potential buyers . I sold my house within 11 weeks and saved myself at least £4500 of agents fees !The only criticism was that after we had agreed the sale I had to do a lot of calling other estate agents within my chain but that was a small price to pay for saving so much money .Lav was fantastic and returned my calls and emails swiftly - many thanks Lav .Would recommend 99 Home to anyone wanting to sell their home .

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They are efficient, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful when you ring and ask any questions. First and foremost, the phone is always answered promptly, which has been such a revelation after dealing with so many different companies throughout the house buying process. In particular, Ritika has been so helpful and efficient at dealing with the many questions and enquiries that I have put forward to her. I would definitely use them again if and when I had to advertise my buy to let property.

Great savings if you're confident about your property.

Harry was really clear and helpful about what my options were for choosing a package to sell my flat with 99home and I found I had much more flexibility than with other online estate agents. I have enjoyed having direct contact with potential buyers as this gives me a lot more nuance and control with organising viewings and discussing offers. If you're confident your property will sell easily through a listing on the main property websites then you can make great savings with 99home.

Used 99homes to sell my house in 9 days My wife and I knew our house would sell quickly and didnt want to pay someone 2.5K or more to show some people round. So we wanted to try and use an online portal to save some money. 99homes ticked the boxes for us as it was flexible in what services you could use. We spent £500 in total so saved £2000, which is nothing to be sniffed at. BUT we worked really hard to take the photos, do the floor plan and coorindate the viewings over 1 day. With a young family it was easier that way. We had a buyer at over asking price within 6 hours of a viewing. This is a great service if you think your house will sell easily. Everyone at 99Homes was great and very friendly. Lav was very helpful. I would reccomend using if you are not shy of hard work and talking to house buyers about your home.

I spoke to Naresh, and he explained the whole process very clearly. I was actively looking for a service where I provided the EPC, floorplan, photos, description and it was clear from Naresh's description that this was exactly what 99home provides, as part of the standard package.99home does offer a "High Street Package," which is comparable to what is obtainable from a traditional high street estate agent, for those who are not comfortable producing the listing and conducting viewings.

The great thing about 99home

The great thing about 99home , for a landlord, is that you are in control over the ad - what photos are used, if you want to change them etc. It means you're not having to go through a third party or having to chase other people to get details put up, or change. Similarly you have a record about who has made enquirers about your property and can keep a tab to ensure everyone has been contacted. With an estate angency you have to 'trust' this has been done, this way you know.

We had an extremely informative and professional call with Harry Bacon when we first contacted 99home. I was a little apprehensive as I'd not heard of them, and the prices seemed too good to be true. Harry was able to answer all the questions I had, allay my doubts and gave me the confidence to give 99home a try.The setting up of our advert and approval of ID was very quick and communication across all the team has been great (Harry, Swati and Prithvi). Our property was live within 24 hours on all portals and after 4 days we have 4 viewings booked in for the weekend.Whilst it is early days, my experience has been very positive. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the website needs some further development, it feels like it is in its infancy with some aspects not working as well as they should including the 'scheduling' of viewings. It has not however stopped us receiving viewings.Hoping for a quick sale with 99home!! If we do we will have saved around £2,500 on estate agents fees. :)

I have just sold my house using 99 Home. Their offering is exceptional for the price - I used the £99 package to get on rightmove and the others. Maintaining full control of my sale process was perfect for me. Harry was my senior on-shore contact and he couldn’t of been more helpful as couldn’t Naresh who handled my other engagements. My only feed back is that make sure you downsize raw picture images before loading to their portal as Rightmove has a max space per advert and remember that Rightmove uses plain text for descriptions so use a carriage return between paragraphs / bullets. Amazing service for the price.

£99 package a bargain for confident sellers

The £99 sale package is ideal if you know your property will sell easily and you don’t want to pay massive commission for nothing. It gets you onto Rightmove & Zoopla etc which you can’t do privately. You do have to do lot yourself for that price of course - take your photos; write your particulars; contact interested parties to arrange viewings; do the viewings & negotiate price once offers come in, so only do it if you’re confident & proactive in doing all that, to give your viewers a good experience. The process to get the property on the market worked well - the ID process was done quickly by email and the house was listed in a day or so after I completed the online particulars. Viewing requests & offers come through by phone & text for you to follow up. Swati was very good & responsive throughout. Once I accepted an offer it took a week or so to get the MOS out; but when I chased it was eventually done promptly by Lav. One suggestion: it would help if a ‘crib sheet’ was provided to sellers at the start to explain who does what and how in this package - I had to ask for clarification a few times. Also, I’m not sure how clear the process was to viewers when they first used the portal or rang up. More explanation would help there too. But overall, a fabulous result at a great price!
