Excellent Service!!!

We bought our first BTL Property in Sutton and luckly found 99 Homes online agency who not only helped us finding good and reliable tenant but also helped fixing few other issues in the property. The whole expereince was stress free and we are now thinking of moving our other properties to them.Even my tenant was very impressed by their services and very happy the way they managed everything.Highly Recommended!!

Highly recommend 99home astate agency to everyone

I found 99Homes astate agency after was scammed by Tepilo Estate agents and have very negative experience with Emoove that can easily promise that ever you like however has never fulfiiled any promises. 99Home people are different. They are doing their everyday routine with your property day by day without taking big money upfront. Finally the property has successfully been sold for decent price. Highly recommend these people.

I recently wanted to rent my property and found about 99Home. Their online portal is simple and easy to use. They kept me posted promptly on esquires and helped secure tenant. Overall experience was smooth and hassles free. I would highly recommend trying 99homes and sure you wont be disappointed. I couldn't believe quality of service offered at most economical prices. Happy customer and definitely going to use them again.

The whole experience for me was completely stress-free, I let 99Home manage my property finding and within 5 days I viewed the property and moved in! Good thing was, 99Home didn't charge me any admin fee or any credit check fee whatsoever. if I had chosen another company I would have been drowned with at least £300+ fees, I'm so glad I chose 99home and I saved some money too.

I have to say that I was amazed at the service. The site was really easy to use and they produced loads of applicants quickly. This was my first time of using 99 so I wasn't familiar with all of the details but they were always on the end of the phone to sort and had plenty of time for me.Really excellent value for money.Paul E

Quietly impressed!

Whilst being a little sceptical I have to say I have very pleased with 99Home.Everyone has been pleasant and things have been moving at a good pace. I cannot praise Kushboo highly enough. She is a delight and always gets back to you. Very pleasant and professional.Would recommend especially as property was shared ownership which I thought would present complications.

99home is a name which you can trust for all your real estate’s transactions. They have a robust process to help the client with minimum cost . Being a relatively new entrant they are ready to help the Client by going extra mile even with extremely thin margin. I have used them in one of my deal and found them to better than anybody else in the market.
