Great service. We used the £99 listing service just to be visible on Rightmove etc during C19 lockdown. Responded to alterations to advert etc within 24hrs. - Generated interest during C19 and viewings once restrictions were lifted. Would recommend to anyone looking at advertising their house via Rightmove, without having the expense of a high street agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Fantastic Service! Great value!

Received excellent service from 99home at a great price! - Swati and Lav always very responsive, excellent comms and friendly. Sold my house twice within 3 months with them and generated loads of interest. Portal easy to use, to see enquiries and change details if needed. Will never go with a high street estate agent again! Highly recommended! 5 star!

I'm having a really good experience with this online agency. I was assigned to Harry and he is taking care of my sell. I found it easy to contact him and to obtain all the help I needed. I still haven't put my flat on sell but I feel confident that the process will be nice and smooth with them!

Could not be more satisfied

We're small scale developers and need exposure through Rightmove etc to support our own local marketing. Decision to go with 99Home has been totally vindicated... of 6 units to sell, we took 4 reservations within 10 days of going live. 99Home give excellent customer support and their prices are extremely fair. Could not be more satisfied with the decision to use 99Home

Great service from 99home

I rented my apartment with 99home and I am really happy with the process. I think it is a future of the letting agent as you pay much less but get more and better service vs traditional letting agent. It was really easy to upload apartment information on 99home so it pas posted on Right move and other we sites. I would highly recommend 99home.

Given how economical the letting fee was I had reservations about what service I would receive. I need not have worried as 99Home were very efficient and I agreed a letting in about two weeks from going on-line. The subsequent paperwork was carried out promptly and I was very satisfied with their overall service. I will be using them again in the future.
