This is an absolutely brilliant service.

This is an absolutely brilliant service, I went for the £499 option and paid an extra £79 for the EPC.The whole process is efficient and well done, my home was sold after 2 days of offers coming in, and a bidding War broke out.I used my own conveyancer though and saved thousands.
