TrustpilotGood Service for an Online Letting Agent
Put my property on through them and so far so good, have had regular contact with them via phone and email. I’m selling a shared Ownership property and have already had x2 applications put in! Wasn’t sure at first about using 99Homes Ltd but in all honesty have been very surprised and would recommend them.

TrustpilotExcellent service
Just a note to share my experiences with others. Sold my last property with 99home within a couple of months. But the main reason is Craig who never fails to follow all avenues in a sale. He has sold 8 properties for me so far and all within 3 months. Couldn’t and wouldn’t recommend anyone better.

99Home Made selling a house is such a breeze! I was new to home selling, and have heard stories from friends and family about terrible agents. worked well beyond what one could expect, staying in touch constantly and even helping to remove my possessions when sold.I highly recommend!

TrustpilotExcellent Service at fraction of cost
I have recently used 99home for letting out my property. The team at 99homes were very supportive and helped me at every step of the process, right from the advertising, viewing, vetting to letting. I would highly recommend their services. They may be new in the trade but they have definitely worked hard to disrupt the traditional Estate Agency domain.

TrustpilotOnline Lettings made simple
I've used 99home 4 times to let my rental properties and its the professionalism and speed that makes it a one stop shop for me. I also like their coverage in Scotland. I find tenants within 2-5 days. Smita and Bhanu are great to work with, always keen to help.

TrustpilotEfficient, super helpful and responsive
I'm based in Scotland and I've used 99home several times. Previously, I'd used local high street agents and Purple Bricks - neither of which offered a great deal more than 99home but charged insane prices. I've found 99home super helpful and responsive - I'll continue using them over high street agents.

GoogleNot a good experience. Never ever again. Horribly bad treatment. Vague statements in emails and contracts. They violate people's privacy and never take responsibility.

TrustpilotVery responsive
Very responsive. Making sure that there is no delays and keeping up to date constantly via email and phone. Easy to deal with.
4/5
GoogleIt does what it says on the tin. I think if you have a property that is going to sell easily, their lowest package of £99 is great. It's not hard to do all the stuff to send to them. My listing is no different to estate agents.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
