FacebookAbsolutely brilliant company. Sold my flat with them for £99. No catches. Only took a few days. I got the asking price. Did the photos etc and negotiations viewings ourselves but the team were always there at the end of an email or call to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

TrustpilotThis is a wonderful company
This is a wonderful company. They just streamlined everything and made every step so simple and straightforward. Goodbye old-fashioned high street agents and their hefty charges! I especially appreciate the help by Ritika - she is such a patient, kind, detailed-oriented and hard-working person. Glad I choose 99home!

dont often leave reviews but we sold our house with 99home. i organised my own photos, floorplan and did the viewings myself. cost me £100 but saved £6100 + vat if i was to pay the local estate agent 1% comission on the sale. well worth it if you have the time to do the viewings.
