TrustpilotThe easiest way to market your house yourself
The £99 option is the best and cheapest option for someone who wants to market his house himself. Easy advertising, excellent support.I also found that direct contact to those interested in the house was much more efficient than using a third party/agent, No unnessessary calling back and forth, no wasting of time.

Advertised a rental apartment to let in Manchester and got a tenant within a few weeks. Bhanu Surti in particular was very helpful throughout. Used the £49 deal as did the viewings myself and used my own AST contract. Great way to get your property up on the big portals like Rightmove.Highly recommended!!
