Exactly what we wanted when selling a house in a new development off-plan. 99home listed us on all the major house search websites as well as their own. We supplied the floor plans and the photos, conducted the viewings and negotiated the sale price, which incidentally was all done within a week.

Dear Kayleigh, We tried our best to offer you the property; however, you and your partner did not clear the basic criteria to rent a property in the UK due to the CCJ's on your credit file. We even added the Guarantor; however, the referencing still did not go through and it took us more than 10 days waiting for the references to be completed where the landlord lost almost £700 of rent. I am afraid, the refund policies were informed before collecting the holding deposit and it was clearly mentioned that the deposit is to be forfeited if the reference check does not go through. I hope this clears up your confusion. Regards, 99home

Mr. Moroney signed up as "Phil Murray" with 99home Ltd. Listed a property which is currently with "Auction House" (one of the 99home competitors) Mr. Moroney is not the property owner so he failed to provide AML and ownership documents. Knowing the fact that you can list a property with 99home only if you are the property owner or have authority but seems like Mr. Moroney has some other intention and failed all compliance checks. 56-year-old, Mr. Moroney knows that he is doing wrong, instead of resolving the matter peacefully and complying with the legal requirements, he started with discriminatory remarks and threatening the 99home team. Here is what he has written: As you have not refunded me, I am going to ask my entire office to give you bad reviews on Google and trust pilot. I notice you keep saying my reviews on trust pilot aren’t real. Mr. Moroney wrote his Trustpilot review as Andy Linton and a few reviews on Goggle with different names. This is a shame Mr. Moroney, a well-educated and, professional doing this kind of fraud activity. 99home will be reporting Mr. Moroney suspicious activity to the HMRC and NCA. Many thanks 99home team
