TrustpilotWorking with Vijay in 99home was great
Working with Vijay in 99home was a really pleasant experience. He’s prompt and does a great job with a fraction of the cost I used to pay to the agent.I’m very happy with his service and will definitely use them again and do recommend to anyone looking for an online agent.

TrustpilotOutstanding service
Our Sales negotiator (Bhanu) has been very efficient throughout our Sales and rental agreements. We would definately recommend using 99 homes as their fees are so reasonable compared to other agents and their staff are all very helpful. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Really friendly and competent staff. The entire process was smooth and efficient; tenants contacted directly and I was able to arrange viewings with them. Creadit checks are carried out by 99home.The entire process took a couple of weeks, I would highly recommend this company. Others should learn from them.

TrustpilotExcellent all round
Excellent all round, highly recommended. My first experience with 99Home has been great. They're very inexpensive, they do not offer some of the bells & whistles that your average high st. agents do. But if that's not what you're looking for, then 99Home is the place for you.

TrustpilotFantastic
I cannot believe how fantastic this site is. We advertised our house on the Wednesday. On Saturday we had 5 viewings, on Monday we received two offers, one very close to the asking price. We paid £99, nothing more. An estate agent would have charged us over £10,000. Unbelievable.

99Home helped so much to sell my house not only with advice but also helped with evidence to go towards a planning appeal for no extra charge. You have to put some of the initial work together to help buyers but the money you save it is worth it.

TrustpilotGreat Experience
Great Experience. I was a little apprehensive at first using an online estate agent but 99Home have been first class. Excellent customer service and contact. Very easy to do and my house sold within a week. I really can't believe how good the price was. A bargain. Thank you.
