Trustpilot99Homes with Bhanu is good!
Overall the company and the dealing with things is great. Phone lines quality and communication was sometimes frustrating but I got 99homes recommended through my friend and it was a good recommendation. I do feel that I am looked after. Bhanu - she is so lovely and deserve a medal for how incredibly she dealt with a difficult client that is myself.

TrustpilotFantastic agency
I advertised my property through 99Home in December which is generally quite time. However the property was let within 2-3 weeks to my amazement. I’m pleased with the overall service, speed of response for any query and all this for just £99. Bhanu from 99Home provided an exceptionally good service and made sure the process until tenant moves in is as smooth as possible.

Worst service that I have ever received! Does not communicate or operate in accordance with the agreement! Have to chase them multiple times for a response and then never does anything to compensate for the inconvenience/hassle/waste of time they put me through! I will never be using them again!!

TrustpilotDIY and save thousands!
If you can take your own photos, write an honest but creative description and deal with enquiries, there’s no reason not to choose 99home who will list on ALL the major portals of a traditional estate agent. My advert generated a lot of interest and ultimately had several buyers. Good communication from 99 home throughout. Give them a try!

I have to say this was the best ever experience for selling my home. Everyone was so helpful and made the process really straightforward. My property was advertised in 24 hours of making contact and I had three viewers that night, the first of which made the offer I was looking for. The service is real value for money and I would recommend these guys
