We had an offer on our property after 4 days, which we accepted. 99Home is excellent value and extremely easy to set up and use. We had lots of viewings in the first few days and they provided all the support we needed. If you are selling your home this company is definitely the one to use. We couldn't believe the value for money and we have recommended them to others.

Have used these guys a couple of times and recommended them to several people. Great service and you won't get much more from a high street agent (but they'll charge 10 times+++ the price).

GooglePerfect for 2 days, then my property was removed from rightmove, the website that brings in almost all viewings. Contacted 99homes 4 times asking when it would be put back on, with no date given. Don't advertise a service that you do not deliver on. I would pay slightly more for a similar product, one which has contracts in place.
