I was extremely confuse to whom I should be choosing to let my property keeping in mind my outgoings and property was empty, hence I google online estate agents and found 99home. After reading the earlier review and price plan I gave them an opportunity to find me a tenants, they manage to secure me a tenant within 8 days. Very good experience and one stop shop...will surely recommend them to friends and family.

I listed my property in July and accepted an offer 10 days later. It ONLY cost £219 !!! (£99 standard package plus £120 for 1 month on Right Move) I asked lots of questions and regularly phoned for support. Akash dealt with my questions patiently and efficiently.

I have been using 99home now for over two years and without exception they have shown what a wonderful business they are to deal with. Ritika and Rinku are very efficient the leads come through via text and email with regular updates. I advertised a property and from the first advert to let agreed was 4 days with nearly 100 enquiries. Thank you so much.

Simply Brilliant - will use them again and again. Tried to sell my house first using a high street agent first - he tried for 2 months and the best offer he could get was 335K. These guys got me three offers within a week close to the asking price and we finally sold our house to an FTB for the full asking - can't say anymore!Thanks.

I was new to the world of online estate agents and thought I would try 99Home. I found the customer service to be good, answering my queries promptly and professionally. I found all the leads that they provided were good and my property is now sold, subject to contract. I found the actual setting up of my advert, adding the floorplan, pictures and EPC all relatively straightforward as I had the necessary files already.

Harry has really impressed me. He straightaway called me back, we had a lengthy discussion in which he answered all my points.I then asked him about the specifics of property in my area, the impact of covid,..and he again straightaway, and to my satisfaction responded. I actually contacted several 'regular' estate agents and most did not even bother to call back.I give 99Home and Harry lots of gold stars!

GoogleIn response the the "FAKE REVIEW" reply. This is a thought and response to my genuine feeling to using 99homes. My house was on with these guys for a couple of months. It was NOT pleasurable.

GoogleWe had been on with 99home for a week when they decided to "renegotiate their contract" with Rightmove yesterday, during which time, none of their properties appeared on Rightmove at all. If I hadn't noticed I might never have known as they completely failed to inform their customers. After 24 hours I demanded a full refund (which they did; hence 2 stars instead of just the one) and left. Surprisingly unprofessional!
