TrustpilotExcellent customer service experience
I listed my property for sale with 99 Homes and can definitely recommend their services.I originally spoke with Akash Kariya, and found him to be very helpful and friendly, so I signed up.He walked me through the process, and has been both patient and attentive. He even would follow up emails and phone calls outside of office hours, this is much appreciated.

TrustpilotGreat service and I saved a lot of money
21 enquiries, about 15 viewings, property sold in 10 days. I kept changing the price as per the offers and it did help me a lot. Saved about £2000 agent fees and still got good service in £89, I had a 10% code which I got online, so saved another £10.Being in control of the viewings and offers really helped. Thank you 99 homes for your timely advices and always being prompt with enquiries and offers.

TrustpilotGreat Price, Great Service, Great Idea
Well admittedly I haven't sold my property through 99home yet but I have to say I can't understand how they can do what they do for what they charge. I put my details in two days ago, a lady turned up to take some photographs yesterday and today the property is on Rightmove! At the right price most properties will sell by this method and it puts the owner in the driving seat.Customer service could not be better.

TrustpilotExcellent estate agent
We’ve been working with 99homes, especially with Craig, for the past 4 or so years now. Craig has done an excellent job as our agent for lettings. He always does a very professional job and has a good deal of knowledge about the lettings industry which has helped us make sure we are always in compliance with regulations. I can confidently recommend 99homes to anyone looking for a good quality estate agent.

TrustpilotAn Excellent Service
I knew I had a desirable property for sale and I lived close by the property, so I could not see any reason to use a conventional estate agent. All I needed was to reach a wide audience, so I chose 99home. They assembled the information I provided and posted the advert on Right Move and Zoopla and in no time I had secured a buyer. Thank you 99home.
