TrustpilotThe best online estate agent
Using 99Home to sell my property is the best decision I have made this year. Swati and Lav have been amazing. They have always responded to questions promptly and updated me with progress reports unlike our solicitors. I can't rate their hard working and professional attitude high enough. They put other estate agents to shame. Thank you so much for all your help in minimising this stressful situation.

I decided to use 99Home as they were the most competitive on the overall price for the various services I used. I found it very convenient to speak to Bhanu and the service she provided was excellent incl. some very quick turnarounds. I look forward to the quality of the ongoing services I have signed up for, and I also expect to use them for my next property. Highly recommended.

High recommended. Excellent customer service, even after the property is listed. Team are so helpful and friendly and very quick to respond to enquiries and pass these on which is extremely important. We have listed our rental properties on a number of other sites over the years but we now consider 99Home as being best for us. We have been very successful listing with them. We will definitely continue to do so.

TrustpilotGreat Service, recommend to use 99home
Selling a two bedroom property we've had a great service from Swati and her colleagues, we'd not bought and sold for nearly twenty years so we opted for the full package. The hosted house showings were done very well, while communication back and forth between our agents and the prospects was good. For us in our circumstances the whole process was value for money. We'd recommend you use 99home.
