I cannot praise 99home enough for their service and efficiency

I cannot praise 99home enough. The portal to upload the photographs and property description was very easy to use. Furthermore, the reassurance and advice from the staff once I had completed the process was excellent and gave me great confidence. I uploaded the property details on a Saturday evening, had three enquiries on the Monday and accepted an offer on the Wednesday. Having updated the portal to show the house SSTC 99home efficiently contacted me to ensure I was sure of the selling process and offered their further services. Selling a home within 4 days for £99 is incredible, thank you.

I have used 99 home to sell two properties both successfully. They offer a great service to sell your home without the expensive estate agent fees. Nowadays everyone looks online so having an estate agent doesn't offer much value. 99 home's website is really straightforward to use, with different packages available. Their customer service is excellent and you can always get through to talk to them if needed. Would highly recommend.

I would absolutely support the top rating others have given - its the highest in UK for any online estate agent from what i can see !! To add my experience.. Me and my partner had signed up to sell our property via 99 home a few days back and i still couldn't believe this thing could be without a catch and feared that some hidden charges will come later.. but after signing up as the first viewing happened on the third day , i logged in to read the reviews and was reassured that its true.. we now have 2 good offers already and are awaiting another one. Their team is always so accessible, super friendly and really honest. Rashmeet in particular was very helpful.. Really wish them all the best for shaking up the old boys who were fleecing us of 1-2% of the sale value !!! why didn't this company came along earlier..

For the price

For the price, you cannot beat this company right now. If you are happy to speak with potential purchasers direct, then it is perfect. We much preferred doing this, as we know much more about the property than any estate agent could, and I think people enjoyed dealing with us directly too. The process of arranging viewings is really straight forward and immediate. As soon as someone emails or calls 99home we would get both a text and an email with their details, and then we just would just call them straight back. Most people want to view a property in the evening or the weekend, so its pretty easy to book appointments around work. I think its worth investing in some good photographs of the property (we paid a freelance photographer £250 for this). We had 20 viewings in three weeks, and 5 offers. The 99home service is a fraction of its nearest competitor, and their appointment system is much more straightforward than its nearest competitor too (we know because we've been organising viewings at other properties using them all). You really don't need an estate agent taking a huge fee. Use 99home and do it yourself. Everyone uses Zoopla and Rightmove to search for properties anyway, and 99home advertises your property with both. The team at 99home have been very quick to respond to us since we listed with them.

An efficient and affordable solution to an outdated expensive model

I originally started going down the conventional route of using a High Street Estate agent. After feeling like I was being taken advantage of, I decided to look at other ways to sell my place. I came across 99Home and decided to go with them based on online feedback and a general gut feeling after speaking with them. My experience with the 99Home has been nothing short of amazing. Nothing has been a problem and my calls and questions have always been returned quickly. I have had a single point of contact through the whole sales process which has been very efficient. I went with the photography package and was glad I did. The photos looked amazing and definitely helped with achieving the best possible price. I have just exchanged after getting the asking price which I am very happy about and am not having to give away £9000 to someone else for doing exactly what 99homes have done for me, for a fraction of that cost. I am very happy and I highly recommend the 99home team.

Fantastic customer service and expertise

Fantastic customer service and expertise from Vijay and 99home. For first time Landlords of a property we care about, we were guided through the process step by step, which gave us peace of mind. If you want to get your property on key sites, Zoopla and Rightmove without the ridiculous fees and below average service of a high street estate agent then 99home is the way to go. We were happy to manage the viewings and show potential tenants around leaving all the paperwork to 99homes. We received 5 offers in less than a week and rented the property above asking price. Not to mention we saved £££ in fees. 99home homes is a relatively new company and understandably have a few infrastructure issues to iron out. They are conscientious in fixing these and communicative along the away. They have found a sweet spot in the real estate market and I wish them all the best! I would use them again and again!

I am absolutely delighted with the service received from 99 homes. My listing was managed by Vijay who did a stellar job. He was very prompt in replying to my queries and would ring me back within minutes of me sending an email. This is my first time renting a property and I cannot believe how good a value using 99 home has been. They listed my property on zoopla and right move, send me details of prospective tenants, conducted reference, created tenancy agreement, sorted out deposit and collected first-month rent. all this for the incredible price of only £49! I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend 99 homes

Fantastic company and service

99home is an absolutely fantastic company providing a very simple easy way of listing your property for sale on all of the main online portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla. The help and support I received from Vijay whilst collating my advert was without fault and made the whole process a pleasure. It is incredible value at £99 for this service. Local estate agents quotes for marketing our property ranged from between £4000 and £6000 with bonuses on top of that for exceeding the asking price and they only managed the same coverage or less of the online portals than 99home. Within two hours of listing our property we already have a viewing so all is working well. Such a straightforward, affordable and efficient way of marketing your property and I would recommend to all.

Above and Beyond...

My experience with 99 home has been great. We chose them because we wanted a minimalist estate agent who would put the flat online and let us do the rest. But Vijay, the manager, went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us out with some issues we discovered, provided us with advice on the market and negotiation, and used tact and diplomacy to resolve a disagreement with our buyer. If you're looking for the type of service that 99 Home offers, I couldn't recommend enough.

So easy to list my flat for sale

I decided to use 99 Home to list my property for sale on the main property portals and was delighted that it was so easy to do. You just pay for the service, upload photos, description and provide a few documents to prove your identity and property ownership to 99Home. Furthermore, I was very pleased that I was able to speak to a member of staff called, VJ, several times who was very knowledgeable and helpfu and led me through the process advisiing on each step. Now my property is listed on Rightmove, Prime Location and Zoopla for a fraction of the price of an estate agent.

I never used online agency like this before and had my reservations. My only wish I took the plunge before and saved myself a couple thousands. Setting up an account was pretty straightforward and the property was advertised online within days. I found a buyer after two weeks. It was a relief to deal with Vijay who is professional, reliable and helpful. If you reading this and debating whether you should go with high street agency or 99home, go and sign up with 99home, save yourself £££ and be in control of viewings and offers. Great company to use!

Great company to use. Good level of contact from the team, and ideal if you want to save money and don't mind doing some of the work yourself. I went for the very basic package which cost just £99 as I was happy to write my own content etc, but they have other packages with this work included. Either way, you get your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and many other portals, and you save thousands of pounds. Whats not to like!

I was a little dubious at a price of £99 but actually its been one of the best decisions iv made to go with 99 homes to sell my house. I have been buying and selling properties for many years and have always traditionally gone to estate agents, however they charge ridiculous fees for the same service 99 homes can provide.My property was live on Rightmove and Zoopla within hours of me registering and giving my property details to 99 homes. Within hours i started getting viewing requests for my property and its a pleasure dealing with buyers directly without the need of an agent. This was all made possible through 99 homes.The company is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I have been in direct contact with a guy called Vijay who has been very friendly and helped a lot. I seriously believe this is the future of buying and selling houses where you can take control of everything yourself and no intermediaries to deal with like high street estate agents.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell their house as system is very user friendly, effective and most importantly very cheap.Do definitely give it a go and you will be amazed and very pleased with the service you get.

Really surprised by the 5 star service …

Really surprised by the 5 star service we have received for such a small fee. We came to 99Home as we just wanted to get our property on Rightmove and Zoopla without the extautionate fees of a high street estate agent. Their website was quick and easy to use and our home was on Rightmove and Zoopla within the hour. What I did not expect was the daily communication and good advice that we received because of the small fee of £99 that we paid. Vijay responds so quickly and has been so helpful. We are still waiting for an offer but our property has been on the market a week and we have had 6 viewings already. Thank you
