Excellent service, easy to use, staff very responsive, was able to spend a little time getting my photographs as I wanted them and my own floor plan and bullet points, and everything looked very professional on both Rightmove and Zoopla. For £99.00 I got a better result than my local estate agent at ten times the price. Property sold in 5 days from listing and I got the price I wanted, job done. Highly recommended.

Literally - an amazing service. My calls were answered every single time (even on a weekend or evening). Anything you're unclear on, they're happy to help.They text/email you with any requests for viewings and you can arrange at your own convenience (after they vet them). I found this way easier and more flexible than having a middle man estate agent to sort out those details.I was emailed literally within minutes of receiving an offer (which was in under a week) with a memorandum of sale. The service is 100% better than a high street estate agent, for probably 5% of the price. It's also so much quicker and more convenient.Could not fault these guys. They'll be the death of overpriced high street agents.

Why wouldn't you use this excellent, money saving £99 option? The support service is very good and quick. The enquiries are sent to you via email and text. You can also see your enquiries on your personal Dashboard on the 99home site. My property was listed for 2 days and I accepted an offer on the 3rd day. No messing about with the "middle man" estate agent. You have TOTAL control. Highly recommended.

Sold my home in less than 24 hours with 99 Home, the process was very efficient. I was always happy to show potential buyers around my home and if you are the same, I don’t think you can beat 99 Home. My neighbours had taken several months to sell their home, received far less than the asking value and paid thousands to the estate agent. I paid £99, I achieved 99% of the asking price and it was all done in 24 hours.If you are happy to show potential viewers around your home, I do not think you can better 99 Home. If you need advice it’s available, although I found the whole process relatively straightforward.

Excellent, Fast and Reliable -- this is how I would explain 99Home online estate and letting agent's service.They are already managing one of my property but when tenant from my second property left, I initially thought I will stick to existing agent because they were local and promised me to get new tenant within couple of weeks time but when that didn't happen I approached 99Homes and they were so quick that within two weeks new Tenant moved into my property. Their online process is so neat and clear that there is no margin for error. They follow all the rules and regulations and make sure both tenant and landlord are informed about their rights. I am highly impressed and will surely make an effort to move all my properties under their management.Thanks 99Homes for all your support!

My experience with 99 home has been great. I was a little dubious at a price of £49 but actually its been one of the best decisions i have made to go with 99 homes to rent out my propertry. My listing was managed by Ms Bhanu who is always helpful, responds promptly and communicates superbly. She was very prompt in replying to my queries and would ring me back within minutes of me sending an email. This is my first time renting a property and I cannot believe how good a value using 99 home has been. They listed my property on zoopla and right move, send me details of prospective tenants, conducted reference, created tenancy agreement, sorted out deposit and collected first-month rent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent out a property as system is very user friendly, effective and most importantly very cheap.

If you are looking for an efficient and cost-saving estate agent that is the place. After trying many estate agents before I have been recommended to 99home. I only have praise for their service as they are dealing with all issues promptly and seriously. In particular I should mention Mr Ankur Luthar who has been taking my case with lot of care and attention from start. He has gone above and beyond my expectations with providing many services that will never be offered with the high street estate agents. He has a great professionalism as well as patience. I decided last month about selling my house and hopefully move into a bigger home in a better location for our expanding family!!! I met with a few estate agents within local surrounding and invited some to value my home etc.. one of them was Sachin Gupta from the 99home.co.uk online estate agents and instantly I had a great vibe from him and he knew wanted I am actually looking for and I decided to go ahead with him. Specially his in depth knowledge was fantastic and their charges are in comparison to other estate agents were hardly nothing!!! He sorted absolutely everything for us and my family basically did required do anything .. he sold our house in a 4 weeks and we are now happily enjoying in our new family home ! Can not recommend 99home and Sachin enough. Thank you so much for everything Mr Gupta.

Brilliant to be able to pay £99 for the simple service of putting my listing on Rightmove and Zoopla. I was less impressed by the phone call from an agent shortly after trying to get me to get an extra package and spend somewhere nearer £500 for help with photos and marketing. She was pushy. But after declining that the the service was good- we sold within 2 weeks and 99home did all that was required with memorandum of sale etc.A good service. Thanks

A truly great service has always been provided by 99home. I have used them now to market 4 or 5 properties and their performance has always been top notch. This is quite an accomplishment considering the prices are the cheapest in the market. I have used other online agents in the past and have been disappointed in the way they pass leads on and the difficulty getting my adverts live across the two major portals. Everyone I have ever dealt with in their team could not be more helpful. I am always recommending them to friends so thought the least I could do was recommend them here as well. Keep up the great work!

Amazing Service and I highly recommend. Much much better than any high street agent and any other online agent too. We had our property listed with a high street agent for a number of months, they were hopeless and achieved nothing. We had complaints from prospective buyers that they couldn't even get hold of them at all. Also on the odd occasion we did get a viewer we had to do the showing around anyway as they really didn't have a clue, and this was one of the top names in the area...so glad we never ended up paying them anything. We listed with 99 Homes and everything was easy. Vijay really cares, he listened to us and helped in every way possible. He was very friendly and easy to get along with. The house sold in a very short time with 99 Home, so glad we gave them a go.

Wow what a fantastic company to deal with! I really can’t fault them and having used a number of high street estate agents in the past, I can honestly say that they need to up their game because companies like 99home are paving the way forward for online estate agencies! What I love best is the amount of control I have over the whole process. I can be contacted by text on a Saturday night with full details of who wants to view and on the Sunday the person is coming to view my house. Bearing in mind lots of people want to view on weekends and standard estate agents work office hours this has been like a breathe of fresh air. My listing goes straight into Rightmove and any changes I can make myself, quick email over to them and within an hour or two it’s refreshed and updated ;) I love this company and would highly recommend them. Their service has been fantastic and it has revolutionised the way you sell your home !!!!

This has been great for me - it allowed me to sell my flat the way I wanted. I had it on with a high street estate agent initially but hated going through a middle man to sort the viewings and negotiate offers - this setup gives you complete autonomy with that.Along with that I had my own point of contact who gave me support and advice where needed.I’ve saved over £1000 going with 99home which allowed me to accept slightly lower than asking price which has ensured a quick sale for my flat which may not have sold otherwise.

99 Home are the perfect online estate agents if you simply want to upload your property to Rightmove to advertise it for sale. I am about to market my second property through 99 home as their low cost £99 fee allowed me to advertise my home without the high cost of local estate agents. It was my intention to carry out my own viewings and provide my own marketing literature as previous bad experience with another agent left me feeling like I could do a better job from start to finish and simply needed to get my advert out to the market. My last property sold within three weeks including all fixtures and fixings down to the last accessory on the shelf. I will be using 99Home to market all future properties for sale. If you are not capable of producing all the necessary floor plans, photos and literature 99Home can provide this for you too.
