Ive been involved in the property…

Ive been involved in the property industry now for 31 years, I am familiar with all the major portals and how they work. Prior to using 99Home I had consulted with the two major portals and received quotes to use them which were astronomical. I was apprehensive using 99Home however they were recommended to me and I have to say they are absolutely brilliant. Its super easy to use and I would absolutely recommend them to all of my fellow property colleagues. Thank you.

Best online estate agent for the price

Initially having visited Doorsteps, I was put off by their bad service and technical problems. I then luckily found 99home and instucted them to sell our house due to a good all round package. From having someone come round and do the photos, right up to selling was effortless.Our house was on the major portals within 24 hours, the pictures were really good, quick replies by email, so far can't fault it. Our house has sold and couldn't ask for more.

Initially skeptical, but job done very well to say the least! Give it a Go!

I was initially skeptical about using a cheap fixed price online agent such as 99home or purple bricks. The reviews in favour of 99home swayed me to give it a go. The portal is simple but sophisticated enough to do exactly what you need it to do. The staff are kind, courteous, always helpful and have gone out of their way several times to help with changes to adverts, floorplans and ringing potential viewers. The text messages and emails of interested parties come through quickly and reliably. Can't fault the agent at all. The most helpful people I dealt with were Lav Pandey and Sharry - they were quick to deal with queries, accurate with the amendments or drafting and a pleasure to work with. It took us about 9-10 weeks to sell our home without a local agent pushing the sale. I do now see the value of having a local agent as a third party/middle man that can be that learned kind ear for a potential buyer to sway them without the bias of a vendor trying to do all of the selling. However, the price of 99home dictates the extra legwork required by the vendor to get the job done. Can't fault 99home - they did what they advertise d that they would do and did it very well! The adverts looked mint on Rightmove and Zoopla - couldn't ask for more. Thanks 99Home!!

Outstanding service and value, no need for an agent

Outstanding service and value. They were very quick to reply to my emails and phone calls and I found them to be extremely efficient. For £99 I was able to access the main portals like Zoopla and Right Move. Communication with potential viewers was directly with me and I held viewings by myself. I knew my home best and so felt I was best positioned to sell it. My viewers liked that there was no agent involved and they felt the process was transparent and honest. I too felt more comfortable as I wasn’t concerned about whether an agent was doing the very best for me or if they were able to represent my home well to viewers. I saved thousands of pounds by using 99home. Prior to 99home I was using Yopa and their agent did not do a good job. He did not reply to emails quickly and he failed to update my advert and actually his description of my home for my portal adverts was not written particularly well. Other traditional agents that I spoke to also gave me very unrealistic prices for me to market my home at. I lost faith in them as a result. I would be very happy to again in the future sell a property without an agent and just use 99home to access the main portals.

BRILLIANT ONLINE ESTATE AGENTS

As Victor Meldrew would say,i don't belieeeve it.I have just sold my property in 7 weeks for the incredible sum of £89:10,yes that's right it is not a typo.99Home are a breath of fresh air in the estate agents industry.If i could have squeezed a 1% fee from your high street agent i would be paying nye on £4000,which is daylight robbery considering the actual work they actually do.99Home offer various plans to sell your property,but i took the cheapest option as i had nothing to loose.This option is basically a DIY plan.You have to take your own photos,as many as you like,describe the property in detail,add a floor plan,a basic one will do,i just drew a 2d plan on a piece of paper then took a photo with my mobile and uploaded it,and room measurements.You also require an EPC certificate an old old one will do from your last sale.The online form you need to complete is very straighf forward.I was amazed how quick the property went on Right move and Zoopla.Once you are up and running potential buyers contact you via your email address you also get access to your property via their website where you can alter the price or edit the advert etc.99Home are very quick to answer emails and will phone you if needs be.When you get an acceptable offer they will then send all parties a Memorandum of Sale form.Handy Hint,as the property appears on Zoopla you can click into your ad and there will be a couter telling you how many times your property has been viewed.Go on give 99Home a try,after all if you do not manage to find a buyer you can always go to the high street sharks

99 Home absolutely exceeded all my expectations. My rental advertisement generated a large number of well qualified tenants from which to make my choice, with excellent support and communication from 99 Home throughout the tenant selection, referencing and contract process. I very much liked being able to vet and meet prospective tenants and make my own choice and feel I got better tenants as a result than through previous experience with conventional estate agents. Incredible price for the letting element and no commission to estate agents during life of the tenancy , top service - especially from the brilliantly attentive Bhanu - why would I ever use a conventional estate agent again? I'm a total convert.

Sale completed in 7 weeks.....

This is my first time ever writing any review for someone but I felt 99homes was very deserving of a 5 star review, I tell everyone how good the company is. I tried 5 different estate agents and they didn’t do anything. I couldn’t understand why a newly refurbished house couldn’t sell. I then decided to sell it myself. I looked at reviews on many online agents. And decided on 99homes, even though they were a small company and fairly new. I wanted to have full control, I wanted whenever someone was interested in my house the messages would come directly to me, no middle man, and I’d be able to arrange viewings. I got all that from 99homes and so much more. And the cherry on the top is I paid £99 to sell a house that sold for £1.375m. It took 3 weeks to get 3 offers and took 7 weeks to complete the sale. I would recommend to anyone who is considering using 99homes to not even think twice. You get everything and more than the high street agents give you. The only difference is, they put your home in the window of the office. How many of you really go looking for a property that way. For that low price to sell your home, what have you got to lose.

Great value for money and superb…

Great value for money and superb service selling with 99homes. Great support by phone and chat portals. Friendly and helpful staff always there to answer any queries quickly. I was able to up load the listing and pictures easy enough which got onto rightmove / zoopla sites. Only 1 thing i would like to see implemented is to be able to communicate with buyers through 99homes site via a chat log or messaging page just as an extra safety measure. I would definately sell through 99homes again and would highly recommend their service!

99Home were very helpful from listing our property on their site until we found a tenant. We used their find a tenant service.After listing the property I got a call from the person who would be dealing with the case to introduce herself and explain the process. She informed us of any updates as soon as possible until a tenant was found. She was always available to answer questions and respond to emails even out of hours.I can't fault their service. Will use again.

We had more enquiries than ever before and now have great tenants. The £49 fee is great and the service is excellent.Whenever we had any query Bhanu responded very quickly, thoroughly and professionally.Referencing process was simple and quick and the fee to the tenants was very low making it easy for us as landlords.Just one comment as constructive criticism would be the online process could be a bit more intuitive and easier to follow though the process steps.Overall we were very glad we chose 99Home.

Had a rather unusual property to sell, and within 2 weeks I had around 12 enquiries, with all leads being texted immediately to my mobile phone with their details. The property was agreed within 3 weeks of listing, and I obtained the price I was looking for. Would definitely recommend anyone willing to be on top of the sales process to use this agency. The price is likely the absolute cheapest in the UK, and their customer service is very helpful, fast and friendly. To top it all their website is an absolute pleasure to use, with it being intuitive, responsive, and well designed.A great decision, and hope to use again in the future.

Made a bewildering process simple...

This is the second time I've used 99Home to rent out my flat and both times they've been great. They work quickly and efficiently and don't muck you about. They answer the phone when you ring and respond to emails quickly, any problems are sorted quickly and efficiently. I can't speak for everyone at 99Home but Lav and Bhanu who I've dealt with have been fantastic from start to finish.

Save yourself some money and sell your house.

We chose to go with 99 homes to save ourselves the fees that an estate agent would charge. We thought that we would be able to make better use of that money. From start to finish the 99 guys made the experience really easy and they were always very professional, courteous and friendly. Yes, you have to do the work yourselves in taking your own photos and sending those and your description in and you also have to get an EPC done but there is an easy link on the website to find someone locally to you. Once we were on Rightmove we got a lot of response and I then did the viewings myself. I thought who would be able to sell my house better than me, after all I know it best and I am actually interested in selling it. We ended up with more than one person who wanted to buy it. I would say to anyone have the confidence in yourself and save yourself a big heap of cash. I have no problem in highly recommending 99 homes and would use them again in the future.
