Whilst my experience with 99homes was relatively painless. It wasn’t completely. Our property was listed fast and efficiently, it was easy to get hold of staff, and call backs were always made when promised. However, after the listing went live I was contacted by a photographer to do the photos and the floor plan, which is fine. However this floor plan which, we seem to have paid for in our listing was never used and the one we supplied instead was. Again not the end of the world just an annoyance.But, seeing full complaint responses to customers in response to reviews is massively unprofessional. These kinds of conversations should be logged internally and be a private conversation between 99 homes and the customer following their review. Not public ally for everyone to see.

Far Exceeded Expectations

Even though I didn't manage to sell my house this summer I would thoroughly recommend 99home. After my initial inquiry they quickly explained what I needed to do and what documentation I needed to send in. My property was up on the portals within a few days. Any updates or edits I made over the weeks were authorized and updated within a few hours. Request details were sent through to me within a matter of minutes, and any queries I had my emails were replied to the same day (or the following morning if I emailed of an evening). All the team were courteous and helpful at all times and I must say the service far exceeded my expectations for the 'basic' package. I really felt looked after. It has been my choice to archive the property now, coming up to more uncertainty with Brexit, but I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to sell on a budget. Really impressed.

High quality service

I used 99Home to market my rental property and complete the tenant referencing. My advertisement attracted many potential tenants ad led, ultimately , to its being rented to a family from California, 6000 miles away.I was very impressed. Harrys honesty and knowledge impressed us all

Harry absolutely impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. We had a long in-depth chat where he explained everything very clearly and certainly knew his stuff when it comes to the market and the current conditions and the best strategy. The day after that phone call I received a couple of PDF packs with market research that he had carried out on the surrounding area and it was very in-depth and hugely informative we then had another chat to chat about all the information that was included in the two PDFs and the rest is history.

Onto Rightmove and Zoopla for three months for £99, so no complaints. A lot of bureaucracy is required by law and by the platforms, and they worked through it all (even out of hours) within 24 hours, and phoned me when something was missing. Great service from Naresh.

I was initially skeptical of the level of service you will receive for £99... I can confirm the service is seriously good, and there is no catch. £99 for 3 months listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, and Prime location. The 99home £99 service exceeded my expectations and put me in total control of the sale of my property.The 99home team works with you to support your sale, and I highly recommend their service. A brief summary of my experience of 99home I paid £99 upfront, listed my property, uploaded my images, floorplan, and EPC. Swati then contacts me to provide proof of ownership and proof of identity for me and my joint owner partner. Pav, then emails me to say the number I entered was incorrect, as the portal needs a mobile number for the SMS notification, it is good that this is checked upfront.Once all details are confirmed Swati asks if I am happy with all the details and the look of the listing. Once approved it is live on 99home website and will be submitted to Rightmove, Zoopla, and Prime location shortly after. I scheduled an "Open Day" for viewing and that was it. I started to receive text & email notification that somebody wishes to view the property, the notification provided me with their name, email, phone number, comment and whatever status they entered on the 99home portal. I had an offer on my first property in the first week of viewings.I have now used the £99 service twice, the first time I made several changes to the listing and found the customer service fast and effective. Although the phone is answered quickly, I found email the best media for queries. Swati's customer-focus and instant responses show a passion for her role a real credit to 99home. I noticed the 99home portal looks to have had a few updates with a “Publish my Property” option on the description page and “Publish my Property” button on the dashboard page. Way better experience than with high-street agents

These agents truly matched my core expectations from any business of this kind:a) Quick communication turnaround while still catering with my busy day life when I'm frequently not accessible.b) Diligence in completing all documentation and transactions on time without much or at all chasing from my side.c) Not making serious processing mistakes (e.g. like protecting deposit in wrong account) and quickly resolving minor mistakes which are always inevitable under usual pressure of tight tenant demands on moving timeline.d) Offering valuable extra services and not including/charging for services of low need and value.I used to have troubles with literary all other agents at least in one of these categories each, while paying times more money for their services. Here I was happy to pay extra for some good offerings in knowledge that I'd just cut my costs for other unnecessary services which I was fine doing myself. In fact, I never expected from the beginning to go away with paying only initial 50 quid but I did want to have a good value for each extra pound it'd cost me.Overall, this is the first letting agent in my 10+ years landlord career, to whom I'll willingly go again for my next tenant search. Just keep same level of standards and it'd be more than enough to satisfy majority of straightforward needs of your customers.

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service, you can sell a house for £99 and that's what I paid for selling my property on 99home, it is a penny compare to the commission you paying to the Estate Agents. The portal is easy to use, I take the photos, draw up the floor plan all by myself, just like put up a listing on eBay, if you can sell on eBay, then you definitely can see your property on 99home. I got 11 viewing request in 10 days and you got an email & text notification, then you just reply to you potential buyer to arrange a viewing. It is very great as you got all the details from your buyer, you don't need to go through the middle man (Estate agent) anymore, save you loads of times. And when I have queries, I always use the chat service on 99home and you will be talking to a human right away! I am highly recommended 99home for anyone don't mind to do some work just think of how much money you can save!!

Great Service & value with helpful options

Great Service & value from 99Home, Bhanu our allocated service advisor gave an excellent, thorough service, being very proactive and responsive through the process very grateful to Bhanu. We were able to get the details and photos loaded easily to 99Home's system, view and manage all enquiries online and sent also to our phone managing calls to enquirers, which resulted in gaining a quality tenant within a week and A few days more we were able to use a tenant referencing company supplied and tenancy agreement. Different options on their system allowed us flexibility and choices to tailor to the service that we needed.

All good and loads of added service you can opt for.

I recently started listing my 2 properties. The team is polite, they try to stick to the regulations, and hence you might see they request for some document which is all good thing. I got my first inquiry on one of my properties within one day. So far its all good and am happy with support. And yes one of the good things they have is they have human touch so they call you and go through the process and explain their services. I hope I have good experience in the future as well.

Really happy with 99home

Really happy with 99home, I had my home valued by a few agents so it was priced reasonably, I took the photos, responded to enquiries, and did all viewings. If you are happy to do a bit of leg work it is worth it. My house sold in 6 weeks (I live in quite a high demand area) and I saved £3k on estate agent fees. If it hadn't have sold after 3 months I would've then tried a highstreet agent but for the sake of £50 (and a potential saving of £3k!) it's worth a try. The only downside was the reaction from the estate agent I purchased my new property from! They were very rude when they found out I'd used an online agent and then tried to put the seller off selling to me! I think this just shows they know their days are numbered! Why pay a fortune for a highstreet agent who doesn't chase up leads and asks you to do the viewings (personal experience). Keep up the great work 99homes!

Be smart - use 99home and save a lot of money

Selling our property through 99home was simple and saved us a lot of money. We bought the package which included the photo/video shooting (the guy who came was truly good), sent the text and they published … the rest was straightforward with visits organised once a week and full control of people coming! Near perfect solution for your letting needs

I used this company to advertise my property for letting because I had this feeling that that high street agents were massively overcharging for what they do. Using this sit/company was not only so much more economical but the experience was better than high street agent in all respect. Even if the cost is similar, I would still use 99Homes -simply becasue of efficiency and ease of doing business. My sincere thanks to Mr Vijay and especially Ms Komal for their help and support.I have faced worst days of my life when I moved to UK because I landed at a flat which had no internet, no amenities but Mr Vijay came across as a sensible person to accept the mistake and tried to compensate it.Again they were very supportive when my flat had leakage through walls and roof.After the initial days,it was Ms Komal who was always supportive and helpful for anything and accessible always.She kept notes of all the issues I informed and was always mindful of the stress I was going through. This is the third time I have used 99home to market my rental property and I cannot recommend them enough! For just a £49 fee, I was able to advertise my rental via Rightmove and Zoopla, saving me hundreds of pounds in high street estate agents fees!The service is based around a simple online portal, giving you complete control in creating your advert including images.One the property is live, the online dashboard allows you to easily manage any prospective tenant enquiries which are notified via SMS and email alerts. This is a great choice for those happy in managing the interactions with the prospective tenants directly.
