Very pleased I chose this company to sell my home

I was only introduced to this company two weeks ago from a friend. To date it has been the best piece of advice I have had this year. I went for the £499 package. I provided all the images of the house as I felt I know my house best. 99Home helped me with navigating the client dashboard making everything very easy indeed. Once everything was in place the property went live on the main house search engines just not rightmove which did concern me a little however by the following Tuesday I had three offers in hand and after some careful thought went with the offer that worked best for the buyer and ourselves. So in less than a week we have subject to all the usual legal paperwork have sold. I would like to say the buyer we chose had not given the highest offer but were in the best position to move forward and I wanted them to own my home. I would also like to say that SWATI who was my client liaison from 99home was very very helpful. I am now looking forward to concluding my sale and moving onto the next chapter in my life.Welldone 99home

I took a gamble on them.

I took a gamble on them and are so happy i did, the high street agent, where i would've had to have part with a lot of money for their services couldn't sell it. And then we decided to go with 99home and we sold our property in 10 days. If your like me and you don't mind rolling up your sleeves and taking charge of your own sale then 99home is the place for you. I went for the NSNF package which unlike other agents is actually No Sale No Fee, you get an account manager to deal with, you can set the price, arrange the viewings and with a online dashboard to help with that and other options such as offers etc, it just make things a lot easier than it sounds. They can do all the other parts too,that any other high street agent can do, as well. They are very friendly to do deal with and I can definitely mention Akash (Account manager) and Swarti as noticeable people working there, but they are all really friendly so you will not have a problem. As they are still developing their business and website. I would say the online dashboard could be improved to maybe also have a calendar for the appointments and maybe a feedback section so those that have viewed the property can leave views on the property, but i'm sure they will update it, so it's even more helpful and efficient. My opinion is not to worry, give them a try and I'm sure you will not regret it. Many thanks to all at 99home.

The only way to sell your house

I have used this company several time over the past couple of years,they are a joy to deal with you can phone them and you get a person who knows what they are on about on the other end of the phone when did that last happen to you in the UK. I cant speak highly enough, i have rented property and sold via this site its a joy and no agent to get in the way and screw things up.

A 10/10, professional, prompt & excellent service from Lav & The Team! Just under one week after being put up for sale by 99 Home we sold our home for over asking price for just £99!!! I decided to use 99Home after a failed private sale. I liked that I could do my own viewings and also pick the buyers we wanted. If I ever had a question Lav would answer within minutes of an email and a couple of seconds on the phone. And overall I am absolutely blown away by what you get for £99.We will now be exchanging contracts with the buyer in the next week. 10/10 service could not recommend enough 👍🏾
