Flawless experience from the start to the completion day at the fraction of what conventional estate agents would charge.I chose 99Home online estate agents after getting few quotes from the high street estate agents and most of them charge ~3%. I got in touch with them and chose the pay upfront package with house pictures and viewing arrangements. I cannot recommend them enough, they were very efficient in arranging the photoshoot, done an excellent job marketing the property (listed on all major property websites). Once the house was listed I was getting emails with the potential buyer details and could arrange the times of the viewings that suit us best. We sold the house within the three weeks of listing it. In all the times it was super easy to get in touch with a dedicated agent and they had all the answers there and then. I have to personally praise Swati who was the agent in charge of our sale, I don't think there was a time when she did not answer my phone call throughout the whole of the process.We sold the house very quickly, I felt I was in control of the sale and everything was very transparent (which I cannot say about the traditional estate agencies) and we sold our property for a fraction of the price of what the high street agency would have charged us. Depending on how confident you are, choose the right package (it goes as low as £99) and save yourself a lot money and hassle.

What Mr Moroney was trying to do?
Mr. Moroney signed up as "Phil Murray" with 99home Ltd.
Listed a property which is currently with "Auction House" (one of the 99home competitors)
Mr. Moroney is not the property owner so he failed to provide AML and ownership documents.
Knowing the fact that you can list a property with 99home only if you are the property owner or have authority but seems like Mr. Moroney has some other intention and failed all compliance checks.
56-year-old, Mr. Moroney knows that he is doing wrong, instead of resolving the matter peacefully and complying with the legal requirements, he started with discriminatory remarks and threatening the 99home team.

As you have not refunded me, I am going to ask my entire office to give you bad reviews on Google and trust pilot. I notice you keep saying my reviews on trust pilot aren’t real.

Last year I sold a London flat for £810,000 and paid only £99 in agents' fees. The 99homes process was easy and efficient, any questions I had were answered immediately by phone or email, and there was no visible difference between 99homes' adverts on Rightmove, Zoopla etc, and those of the regular agents. I have just placed another house for sale with them and already have 11 requests for viewings from the various portals. A fantastic service and nice people to deal with.

They provided me with a good service. My house sold relatively quickly. It is clearly a relatively small operation, but every time I got in touch I had a response pretty quickly. They were keen for me to go beyond simply the basic deal, but since we already had floor plans and photos, and were happy to do viewings ourselves we didn't. We just had the £99 option and also paid for a board. If you have a pretty good house, and just need the visibility given by putting it on the main websites, as well as the automatic texts when someone wants to view, then I would highly recommend

Why would you pay a percentage of the sale price of your home when you could sell it for a fixed price? We started with a local High Street Estate Agent who gave us a high selling price so they could get us on their portfolio. After 18 weeks we were advertising for £30k less on their recommendation! This decrease of price didn't affect them as much because they were getting a percentage. The people showing our house obviously didn't know our house either so were not as passionate as we could be.We removed the house from the market and decided to go with 99Home even though the pandemic was at full throttle. We went with the cheapest package and we had no pressure from them to upgrade, we were showing the house ourselves and agreeing on convenient times directly with the viewers, we had direct communication with them too.Swati Bhandari in 99Home was always there for us to address any question or concerns in a friendly and professional manner, either via email or on the phone.I think this will be the way of selling houses in the future, all we needed was virtual presence on the different portals (they cover the popular ones) so people can have a look on the internet rather than walking by the Estate Agents windows and check the properties.If we ever have to move again, I'll have no doubt how to do it!

I had found a property online that suited my affordability.I sent a request to view the property.I was called the next day by a man with a friendly sounding voice, who asked me when I would like to attend the viewing. He told me he would meet me there.I was aiming to make the completion date before any complications would unfold in regards to stamp duty.I met withi Craig from 99home Online estate, and Craig told me as long as I follow his directions to a tee there was a possibility we would cross the line before the holiday was over.I joked with Craig that it might be my only holiday this year.I did exactly as Craig instructed and informed a broker of my situation. Craig let me know that although I had a mortgage in principle from a major lender, that was suitable for the property in question, it was a converted building, and I also earn almost half my wages from overtime, and self employed work. The broker Craig put me in touch with were helpful, and so was the conveyancing firm, who Craig had also suggested I take on.The process ran incredibly well, every piece of the puzzle fell into place, and when the deadline day came around, so did I, to receive the key from Craig.I am wonderfully grateful, and proud to be the owner of my first property.Thanks, 99home Online Estate, and Craig.
