I am glad I took a chance to use an online agent. For 15 years we have used a high street estate agent to manage our rental property. We felt we weren’t getting a very good service and their rates were extortionate, so I started looking elsewhere. I had read about 99home on a few websites and they had been given excellent write ups. I can see why and we have been more than happy with their service so far. We had found tenants for our property within 48 hrs of the property going online. I would recommend them to all my friends looking to rent their properties. Their costs are sensible. Time will tell if their managing of the property is as good as their marketing of our property. I hope so! Thank you especially to Ritika who has ensured the whole lettings process has moved quickly and smoothly.

Best Online Property Management Agency

Two of my properties are being managed by 99Home for the last 3/4 years. Initially, I was a little bit hesitant because 99Home is essentially an online agency and both the properties are almost 60 miles apart and I was not very sure how they will manage it online hence I had thought probably I should go with Local Agent but then just took a chance because of their promising service & fee.Now, I must say my decision was right as I am impressed with the service 99home providing to its customers (in current pandemic time also). The best part is they know their job and I don't have to worry about anything or to that matter chase them to check whether things are done or not their communication is excellent and even my tenants are happy with their services so its win-win situation for both Landlord and Tenants. Special mention of Komal who is the first point of contact and she is brilliant in sorting out almost everything. My other property is being managed by another agency and I could clearly see the difference in the quality of the service. Thanks 99Home for your service!

99 Home Ltd was the only online letting agent that I contacted who answered the telephone. They were very helpful and got my advert online with Rightmove and Zoopla quickly. They also offer great value for money; some online letting agents charge more than twice as much. My property went online on Thursday evening, I booked in viewings on Friday and I took a holding deposit from the prospective Tenant on Saturday. I will be using 99 Home Ltd to market my other properties in the future. Well done 99 Home Ltd for providing a reliable service during the pandemic.

Delighted so far!

My property has been listed for two weeks now, and so far my partner and I are delighted with the service offered by 99 home.I have both bought and sold numerous property's in the past, even back in the "olden" days pre internet!In my experience these guys have been the best of the bunch. Speedy, professional, helpful and available, and by far the best value for money. One can have a little or as much input into the sale as is comfortable, with differing packages available. We particularly like the direct communication with potential buyers ( an option to suit). This saves both time and potential miscommunication. I'm looking forward to achieving a sale, in which I will write another glowing review, but, so far so good. Seriously, give these guys a go.

Our dealings have been through Swati who provided an excellent service. She always returned calls promptly and was able to help us when we had a query. 99Home is an agency that we will use again if needed. We sold our home in Herefordshire just before Christmas at a minute fraction of the cost we would have incurred through a high street agent. We found that dealing direct with buyers the most sensible arrangement as it cut out the ‘middle man’ which so often delays communications. With an online agency it means that. one is not confined to office hours. £99 for 3 months advertising - what a bargain. Well done 99 home.

Polite, professional and patient

I was shopping for estate agents to use recently and we were between 99home and a local estate agent. 99home Harry at 99homes was informative, professional and above all, patient and did not chase us for our business. Unfortunately I could not convince my partner to proceed with 99home during these strange times (Covid-19) so we went for the more expensive but local agent across the road, however I definitely plan on using them in the future as I like to photograph and draw my own plans anyway.

A great way to sell your house!!!!

Connected us directly with the buyer and so there was no annoying agents in the middle. It is much easier to sell it yourself as you can show the house and talk to people directly. Much better than agents who often arrive late and most don't really know your home and your area like you do. We found buyers liked this and we had multiple offers and a huge amount of interest - it was a difficult time to sell with Covid and Lockdowns and peoples uncertainty but we did sell, got a fair price and saved about £3 or 4 thousand pounds in fees!!!! We would recommend 99homes who were helpful and prompt with service, signs etc etc. Thank you!!

99home have exceeded my expectations so far. Prithvi and Lav have been particularly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone that I have spoken to in the team have treated my queries with respect and urgency, always a good sign when selling to save on any stresses! I have sold my property through 99home.I saved £8,000 high street agent ask for £9,000It cost me £1,000 with 99home. I was not sure what quality service 99home may provide. I chose the 99 homes no sale no fee package at £999. Basically because my property was coming onto the market at the time when the government were just starting the 1st lockdown and there was no way of telling how long the sales process was going to take. Lucky for me I had super support from Swati Bhandari. She was delightful and charming and very helpful through the process of negotiating viewings. And an excellent closer of a deal negotiating good offers from the prospective purchasers. I’m quite delighted about Getting an excellent sale price within 6 weeks of marketing the property. I recently started listing my 2 properties. The team is polite, they try to stick to the regulations, and hence you might see they request for some document which is all good thing. I got my first inquiry on one of my properties within one day. So far its all good and am happy with support. Service second to none.

I have used 99home on a couple of occasions - I have dealt mainly with Bhanu Surti - and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have been amazing....quite literally.It is such a relief to deal with people who know what they are talking about, who get things done when they say they will and who always find time to answer the phone and help out with anything that I need to talk about. Highly Recommend

I used 99home for the second year in a row and I can say without doubt that they are the best Estate Agent I have used because of Bhanu Surti who is the agent I have worked with for 2 years. I got my property rented very easily in the midst of a tricky period due to Covid and the customer service was excellent. Furthermore, their fee is minimal so much better than using these high street Estate Agents which charge you thousands or even Purple Bricks which is still more expensive and has awful customer service. I do not give praise very easily but I do give credit where it is due and 99home deserve credit!
