I needed to assign my commercial lease in Exmouth Market. I am not a fan of the local commercial agent who originally introduced the property to us. I was happy to arrange viewings myself. I listed with 99home and for a very reasonable fee have had a good steady flow of enquiries with email and text alerts. I felt in control of the process throughout and had multiple high quality leads. The process was proceeding well with lawyers until the COVID crisis has brought it to a halt. If this does not lead to a successful assignment I will definitely resist with 99home. Highly recommended.

I was told of this online estate agency by my brother, it is not well advertised at all. if it was I think it would take over from “normal” agencies. From start to finish it was an easy experience, almost too easy, I often thought....there must be more for me to do. After initial bits to get online these guys do all the work, if someone wants to view the property, 99 homes email and text you. Offers are made via 99 homes . If there are any hassles or fears that you experience 99 homes manage this quickly and without fuss. My property sold actually with days, I chose the £99 deal and done viewings myself. I have already spoken of this experience of selling a property within my office and people are amazed. I have probably saved myself at least. £1000 in fees, Totally recommend this service, don’t be afraid as these guys will help you. don’t be afraid that it’s online and physical office is miles away. Highly recommend as they always came back to me withing minutes of any query I had. I sold my house for £148 and my own solicitor cost £600 so £748 total to sell my house is a bargain. In my opinion people look online these days so why bother with expensive high street agents?I took my own photos but just on a camera phone and that worked fine. People at 99Homes have been great and I would recommend them over any other more expensive online estate agency.

We used 99 Homes £99 basic package which got us 3 months advertising on both Rightmove and Zoopla and we did the rest. Yes - It's slightly more hassel - we chose to take our own photos which was more just getting ourselves in to gear as we didnt have a photographer coming on a specific day. We didnt have a fisheye lense but the photos we took were enough to get people through the door. We also decided to arrange and carry out our own viewings. No one is better qualified to sell your house, that you've lived in and loved, than you. We had requests to view within an hour of it going live on rightmove. We've had second viewings booked or requested from 3 people and an offer came in at the weekend, 2 weeks after putting it up with 99 homes. Tried, tested, works. Dont hesitate.

Prior to using 99Home I had consulted with the two major portals and received quotes to use them which were astronomical.
